Location needs a bigger/better parking lot. Completely dissatisfied with service advisors and service manager needs training not to go miles away top selling they charge me for everything even insurance when I do have my own!misc not explanation! I was told by Eric the cost of repair will be $1700 the final bill came $2994.81 not calls not advice of change in the repair! Inside of my car dirty finger prints with grease and they went all about top sales services without asking me I will never go back to that dealer for service I was a customer since 2013, I rather find a better place with professionals prepare to take care of my car with knowledge and professionalism. I have to put one ⭐️ in order to do this review! Otherwise I will not gave them anything! Totally bad service! Good bye Seattle mini Lake City Way More
