Jason was very professional. However disappointed service after spending $16k. Dealer had car for over two weeks and didn’t wash the car after the amount of repairs done. When I took the car in originally I requested to order a new key. The documents were provided but no key was ordered at the time? Had to reorder key again today. This morning received a call at 9am car was ready for pick up and when I arrived I had to wait about 45 minutes. Then after paying $16k walk out and find dealership did not wash the car. In the past the dealership would wash the car after serving. Attention to details would make someone feel a little better when spending this kind of money. More

The service quality of this dealership has gone downhill since Brandon left. It took them 3 hours to replace a tire when they told me it would be 1 hour. Gotta say that I had a great experience at Seattle Mini! I was treated directly with respect and there were no games or delay tactics during the purchase process.
