Had a deal lined up with Chris Kosoff for my grandparents to purchase a 2019 Ford Flex as this was the absolute perfect replacement for their 2007 Ford Freestyle. Has all the creature comforts they wanted bu to purchase a 2019 Ford Flex as this was the absolute perfect replacement for their 2007 Ford Freestyle. Has all the creature comforts they wanted but also kept the same platform to allow them to have a seamless transition into a the final car they will buy before they have to stop driving due to age. I spoke with Chris Kosoff and he agreed this was the prefect car for them. We had plans to come down on the weekend. Chris said this was not an issue as I would be going with them to help with the process. We tried to make a deposits, but were told we are not really doing that, but not to worry as Chris said, “I have the keys this is the prefect car for them from what you said. I’m not going to let anyone else sell it”. I even told Chris if something changes let me know and I will try and have another family member go with them to make sure it doesn’t sell. I was again reassured not to worry. Well the next day Friday evening Chris emails me saying, “So I wanted to tell you that the flex sold today. I tried to keep it but customer was here. Would they take a Subaru Outback?”. Chris Kosoff is the very reason car sales people have a reputation. Just putting the facts out there of course he tried to save face and make himself feel better with all the excuses, but that’s all they are. Sadly this review will not change anything, but maybe it will help someone in the future and at the very least let people know about our experience. Thanks Chris you keep doing you. More

Michael Sylvan either met or exceeded expectations - he's thorough, kind, knowledgeable, extremely pleasant to work with and very clear about timelines and follow up. He was diligent to ensure I had all the information I needed up front (without pushing for the sale), was clear and realistic about timelines, pricing, and overall expectations. The dealership and overall experience was very high quality, but Michael Sylvan really made the experience delightful. I was able to get the dream car I was looking for built to my specifications! Michael found an opportunity to modify an existing car to my needs to reduce the time to build & ship, we took care of the majority of the documentation & logistics ahead of time so the closing process took a fraction of the time I expected. Michael also provided great owners tips & tricks, ensured the mini was programmed and had my basic settings and carplay connected before I drove off the lot. I could not recommend Seattle Mini and Michael Sylvan more - look no further if you're looking for a Mini and a phenomenal car buying experience. More

The dealership was great to work with but did not like the extended insurance hard sell. I wanted to decline the extra expense but the representative pressed very hard. I’ve been a mini Cooper customer here and the final 4,000$ of the repair at 60,000 miles makes it cost prohibitive for me to keep my mini Cooper, which feels environmentally irresponsible. So, I’m more frustrated with the car than I am the dealer, but at the same time, think they would do more to help customers such as myself who haas been a loyal customer for 13 years. More
