Our dealings with Seattle MINI have been very satisfying since their opening 2 years ago. We bought our first MINI in 2006 from NW MINI, our second from a private individual in 2007, and our latest (the Co since their opening 2 years ago. We have had nothing but a good experience with the people at Seattle MINI. They continue to offer outstanding services and evolve to meet market demands. The personalized delivery service is a great! We have been offered a loaner MINI every time we bring our car in for service. When it came time to look for our 2nd MINI we knew there was no place we would rather purchase from than Seattle MINI. The buying experience alone has us looking to buy our 3rd MINI from them too. There was no pressure, just mounds of information and questions answered. While in the dealership, we felt as if we were their number one customers and they took every opportunity to make the experience quick and pleasant. I recently purchased a previously owned car from Seattle Mini and had a great experience. Robert, my salesperson, was professional, knowledgeable and patient. I am the type of person who asked slot of questions and try's to look at every detail and this did not phase Robert. I appreciated that. Damon, the finance guy, was great to work with as well. His demeanor was friendly and helpful. He even got me a lower rate than I expected! Not only did he take care of the financing paperwork but also gave me some much appreciated tips on the car I purchased. Overall, I felt really good driving away from Seattle MINI. It was a positive car buying experience. More

They have been eager to find out what our needs were, and fullfill them. If they had been in business when we ordered our Mini, we would have bought it from them. More
