Incredible Buying Experience-Michael Reichstein is the Best! My husband and I were in the market for a new car, coming from a BMW we weren't sure what to expect when we first looked at Mini Cooper's. We visited the local Seattle Mini four times over the course of a month and have never been so comfortable walking into a dealer. From the first visit to the time we signed the papers & drove the car off the lot, we couldn't be happier with the entire experience. We met Salesman, Michael Reichstein on our first visit and he was amazing - no pressure, didn't even ask for our phone number! We spent an hour just talking and that's how it was every time we visited, again NO pressure, no sleezy sales tactics, just a nice guy answering all of our questions and making sure we got the car we wanted. I struggled choosing between two cars and Michael was nothing but patient and helpful, he never pressured us even though it took us a LONG time to make a decision. Michael is an incredible ambassador for Seattle Mini, he's professional, kind, funny, honest (yes HONEST), low key, approachable, knowledgeable, a great storyteller, comes with a strong BMW background and has a good eye for design. Seattle Mini is lucky to have him! We also worked with Glen in finance who was good natured, answered all of my numerous finance questions and made the entire process smooth and within our budget – thanks Glen! Looking forward to referring friends and family to this great dealer. The owner should be proud and recognize this amazing team, especially Michael who is a rare breed in the car sales industry. One of the best car buying experiences ever! I went to Seattle Mini with the intent to possibly buy a...well, Mini! What I first noticed is I wasn't attacked by salesmen as I walked out of my car. I was able to browse the small car lot for a bit, then walk in. I was greater by the receptionist and told to help myself to snacks and drinks while she finds a salesperson for me. A few minutes later I met Kay, the salesperson that I dealt with. Kay was nothing short of professional and very all knowing about the Mini Cooper S. I told her what I would like, however I didn't see the car on the lot that met my requirements. She told me not to worry, they have cars "on the roof" and on a lot across the street on the other side of the building. We went upstairs and I saw the car that I wanted. After going over the numbers with her, she would go to her finance manager herself, no bullying from him trying to "make a deal." We haggled a tad, however the deal that I got was very fair for both parties and I was really happy. I wait for 1 1/2 hours to have the car prepped and cleaned and I was told that I could just wait at the office or in the lounge until the paperwork was ready. I was in-and-out of the finance department in less than 30-minutes and on my way to drive home with my new Mini Cooper S. This was one of the best dealers I've ever purchased a vehicle from and I've bought 30+. Outstanding customer service and a great car buying experience! More

Jenna knows the cars front to back and inside out. She did a great job showing the car and providing a detailed explanation of all controls and features. I've never had a better car demonstration. Jenna and her team were friendly, professional and all around very accommodating through the full sales process. They worked with us to make sure all of our concerns were heard and met. Bob and Glen were great to work with as well, and made the process enjoyable. We drove away that night with an awesome car and big smiles on our faces. Way to go Seattle MINI! More
GO ELSEWHERE FOR SERVICE! UNFORTUNATELY... This service department is giving MINI a BAD REPUTATION! I LOVE MY MINI!!!! But I will drive to Texas before I go back here. Start UNFORTUNATELY... This service department is giving MINI a BAD REPUTATION! I LOVE MY MINI!!!! But I will drive to Texas before I go back here. Started with my name being backwards, so they didn't see my appointment. Easy enough to fix! I left my car to have a few things looked at. The list of things they came back with that it needed was different on paper than what the service adviser said. The issues I wanted them to look at did not get addressed. Even after I asked three times. When I picked it up "ready" must have meant something else because I waited another 45 minutes for my car. The service adviser magically disappeared when I went to pay. I was overcharged for "Mini Inspection" that was supposed to be covered in the Oil change. But since I was already an hour into "picking up my car" and no service person around, I paid and vowed to write a review so people don't have high expectations of getting good service here. Funny, I was never sent a customer service rating form. I guess they knew!!! More

I purchased a 2012 Mini S Coupe from this dealer; Kate was very friendly and great to work with. Seattle Mini is a fun, relaxing atmosphere with fun engaging personnel (I love the picture of me and m was very friendly and great to work with. Seattle Mini is a fun, relaxing atmosphere with fun engaging personnel (I love the picture of me and my new Mini with Glen and Kate’s associate photo bombing the pic… it’s awesome!) I'm loving my new Mini. I was at first thinking about getting another Cooper, but Kate showed me the S Coupe model on the floor and encouraged me to give it a test drive. I am so happy that I went with the S Coupe. What an awesome car! …and the price was phenomenal! What a great buy! Thank you Kate for working with me and having the patience to endure all my questions regarding new cars, used cars, Coopers, S Coopers… and so on. You must have known what I really was looking for…. Spot on! The Mini S Coupe is a blast to drive. Simply Awesome! More
I purchased a MiniCooper about a week ago. Originally a saleswoman named Kay spoke with me and researched the stock to find a great new car for me. After driving other cars in other dealerships I returned saleswoman named Kay spoke with me and researched the stock to find a great new car for me. After driving other cars in other dealerships I returned and was referred to Kate since it was Kay's day off . I asked for a test drive. Everything went very well. Kate was pleasant, cheerful, amicable, and eager to please. I made an appt. with her for the following day. After thinking over night about my new car choices, I decided to go with a MiniCooper. With a friend, I returned the following day to purchase the car. Everything went very well. Kate admitted to being new and encouraged feedback. The process of buying the car took longer than I thought. Kate was unable to complete the instruction process but I agreed to return the following day. At that point it was discovered that something might be wrong with the microphone in the car. Kate, an employee named Chuwit, and another male employee tried to get it to work. Kate introduced me to the service manager who set me up with an appt. I drove off with the manual and felt that I might be able to learn things on my own. Just driving the car was not a problem. I could safely do so. There were little things that I could not do that bothered me though such as using cruise control and locking the doors automatically etc. I returned to the dealership and spoke with Chuwit who showed me how to do a lot of things, none of which I remember. His accent was strong although he was very nice and obviously wanted a good outcome for me. At that point I was referred to Chuck Hill who is supposed to be the guru who knows it all. I met with him for an hour and a half this afternoon. Chuck, like Chuwit, demonstrated all the things that he knew about the car, never allowing me to try to do them until I mentioned that I would like to try. Chuck was able to engage the microphone so Kate cancelled that service appt. I found Chuck to be extremely knowledgable! However he is a terrible teacher!!! I had a lot of trouble just asking questions without interrupting him, and, as previously stated, he left little opportunity for me to try to learn using a hands on approach. At one point he commented on that; and he said that he knew he was supposed to let me try but he just didn't do it that way. Chuck seemed to think that I should absorb his every word. I came out of there knowing little more than when I went in. It is extremely frustrating to have this wonderful new car that drives very well but not to be able to use it fully. The owner's manual is a joke. I have tried hard with that and had minor success. So for friendliness and knowledge I would definitely have to rate the dealership well, particularly Kate! Also the receptionists were courteous and extremely friendly! The finance guy, Glen, was respectful and friendly as well. But for getting my questions answered I would not give the customer service a very good rating at all! Chuwit was dismissive and Chuck bordered on the ego maniacal in wanting to show me all of his know-how. I know what makes a good teacher. I could do a much better job if I had Chuck's knowledge. Somehow I will learn how to use the features of this car although I'm not sure how. More

Chuck Hill is top drawer as a helpful, very knowledgeable and friendly person to work with. Steve Bell was also very personable, helpful and fun to work with.... together they're a top team. My wife and I also had the pleasure of dealing with Alicia Carr in the finance dep't.. who we found to be very friendly, respectful, very helpful and courteous. The whole staff seems to be guided by high principles, and we never felt any kind of pressure nor slick sales hype, which is typical of so many dealers and salespeople. Top service, reasonable prices, terrific service dep't.... the owners and management here are doing things right. More
