I must commend Allan Chung for coming to my rescue on June 5, 2011 at 9:30 p.m. I had an electrical problem (2011 Grand Cherokee)that night and I called Charles Kim (the finance manager at the dealership June 5, 2011 at 9:30 p.m. I had an electrical problem (2011 Grand Cherokee)that night and I called Charles Kim (the finance manager at the dealership)on his cell as I was in a panic. I told him of the problem and he called Allan (who works at the dealership)to see if he would help--he answered YES...he did not ask where I was or what the problem was just that he would help. He came from across town to my rescue. He figured out the problem and I was on my way. I cannot tell you how satisfying it is to know that world class customer service like that from a car dealer means to me..regardless of my history with them. Allan went above and beyond any call of duty. He shows to me that caring about customers is very important and that will go a long way with me as I will continue to sing the praises of Town & Country of Seattle, WA. Thank you Charles and Allan for being there for me! More
