I purchased my vehicle 3 months ago and stopped by the dealership real quick because I has having problems getting the EVIC to work. Tommy was my sales person when I bought the car, he took a quick look dealership real quick because I has having problems getting the EVIC to work. Tommy was my sales person when I bought the car, he took a quick look and educated me on how to activate it. (manual was incorrect on how to activate it). We made the changes I wanted made and was good to go. We had friends in my car that are looking for a new vehicle so I introduced them to Tommy. I suspect that they will be closing on a deal soon themselves. Great service from Tommy again. Marlene More

First I purchased my vehicle new from here a couple of years ago, that was a friendly and ok experience. I got what I wanted at a reasonable price. The problem is if you want service. This dealership is incredibly hard to get a hold of a service rep to actually get a time to bring the car in. I have been calling several times today and left several messages. I was able to slow the receptionist down enough to talk her into taking an old fashioned message to hand deliver it to the service manager to call me back. We will see if that actually works. This will be the second time that I have had to call the manager to get a call back to get my car in for service. They advertise 5 star service...I am not sure what that is suppose to mean but I dont think this is the kind of service they want. More
What an incredible experience. I was listened to, heard and respected. I was not just another car thru the door. They found the problems that the dealership where I purchased the Grand Cherokee Ltd could and respected. I was not just another car thru the door. They found the problems that the dealership where I purchased the Grand Cherokee Ltd couldn't find (I think primarily because they didn't listen and didn't take my concerns to heart. I have bought 4 Jeeps from Town & Country since I moved back to WA in 1993. Jay sold me my first Jeep & he has handled all of my purchases since. I have all my service work done at the dealership because James Gill, my service manager, is knowledgeable, friendly and just a good guy. Town & Country participate in the Costco Auto Purchase Program so buying a great car at a reasonable price with great service just doesn't get any easier. More
I must commend Allan Chung for coming to my rescue on June 5, 2011 at 9:30 p.m. I had an electrical problem (2011 Grand Cherokee)that night and I called Charles Kim (the finance manager at the dealership June 5, 2011 at 9:30 p.m. I had an electrical problem (2011 Grand Cherokee)that night and I called Charles Kim (the finance manager at the dealership)on his cell as I was in a panic. I told him of the problem and he called Allan (who works at the dealership)to see if he would help--he answered YES...he did not ask where I was or what the problem was just that he would help. He came from across town to my rescue. He figured out the problem and I was on my way. I cannot tell you how satisfying it is to know that world class customer service like that from a car dealer means to me..regardless of my history with them. Allan went above and beyond any call of duty. He shows to me that caring about customers is very important and that will go a long way with me as I will continue to sing the praises of Town & Country of Seattle, WA.
