My oil was 4qts low after only 3000 miles and they marked that everything was okay with my oil level on their free inspection after my car was brought in for a separate issue, and when asked about it (after my check engine light came on two days later) offered me an oil change for free, despite the fact that, less than two days after leaving their shop, I now have two pistons misfiring for the first time since owning the car. If it's a free service, they don't stand behind their name or signature. More

I get a paper with chicken scratch on in and abriveations and not one telling me it needs further service until I get an email that I refused it. It took 5 times to fix a leak which I am still not convinced it fixed properly. They left tool parts in the jeep after after services and dirt. The manager is unresponsive. More

Technician did not call 1st before replacing parts Failed to do proper testing. Replaced my battery without testing the switch for the windows. Seemed surprised when it did not work.
