Wonderful Service at Hyundai Despite the seemingly never ending addition of new service advisors with whom I have dealt, they all (ok most) have been friendly, kind, trustworthy Despite the seemingly never ending addition of new service advisors with whom I have dealt, they all (ok most) have been friendly, kind, trustworthy and sensitive in the delivery of the dreaded news that goes beyond.... "everything is great!" I have had a couple of unique situations in dealing with the Hyundai folks that required some above and beyond TLC and salespeople and service advisors have never failed me. I have recommend Hyundai of Seattle to several people and will continue to do so.. More

One hour charge to check on the issue, which is what I said the problem should be, another hour charge to install the wire setup. Total labor (inspection and install) was $300+ to install a $25 part. Quick, on time and great work stations to use while waiting! I went in for the 15,000 miles service. There was no wait when I showed up on time.
