Excellent at every touch point. It is very hard to have an excellent experience at every touch point at a business. I had this kind of experience yesterday at Seattle Jeep. From the time I pulled in at 7:14 am and was greeted by two associates, to when I was picked up by the shuttle driver at my work (3PM), to the cashier who checked me out (4pm), I had an excellent experience. I came in for an oil change and was shopping for tire as well. I was presented with a great deal on tires (I was on my phone with the Andy my service adviser shopping best deals) as well as given the option of a shuttle ride to and from work so the tires could get installed same day (instead of Uber). I bought the tires and was taken to work in a new shuttle van, with a very nice young man driving. I had a follow up call with Andy at 11 that my Jeep was done and confirmed that I would be picked up at 3pm. The driver who picked me up was on time and a joy to speak with, he told me he loves his job and who he works for. When I arrived at the dealership my car was already pulled up front and my paperwork was ready. The cashier was very friendly and the vibe in the service lane was great. I left feeling great about my experience, the service I received and the value of my purchases. I would highly recommend Andy and this service department (use the free shuttle!). Leith More

Great service! I dropped my car on Monday for a diagnostic. My car was having issues starting (2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4x4). They called me on a Tuesday whe I dropped my car on Monday for a diagnostic. My car was having issues starting (2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4x4). They called me on a Tuesday when they finally figured it out, it wasn't easy since there were no error codes or engine lights on, turns out it was a faulty crankshaft position sensor and got it replaced. They kept the car an extra day to keep an eye on it and make sure everything else was good. Their service was very professional and friendly, Jim Chamlee was very courteous and happy to answer any questions I had, he also provided details to make sure I understood the situation. I only dealt with the service department but I was happy with my experience. More
