It being winter and very rainy this was a pretty urgent matter. I tired to book an appointment online but they were booked out over a week so I just took it in. Noah was able to fit me in, and it was something they had never seen before. They figured it out, and unfortunately it kept taking longer than originally anticipated, mostly due to the part not showing up on time, but Noah kept me informed every time there was a delay. I really liked the ability to text with my service advisor! More

I had to p Pros: Easy to schedule an appointment, friendly service reps, Cons: The service rep wasn’t fully trained up on perks with our new JLR. I had to press the issue about getting a loaner car as part of the service. They use enterprise. Fine. But you end up having to get a ride back to enterprise to complete paperwork to receive the loaner. Then when returning you are suppose to go back to enterprise, check out, then wait for a ride back to the dealership. Major PITA! If that is what you’re accustomed to than Seattle Jeep would be 5 stars. But I’m used to Mercedes service. That they are not. And it’s not like our JL was any cheaper ($59k incl tax). I’d suggest they provide a tiered service. As part of the service it was to included oil change and 5 tire rotation. I was explicit when making the appt, I was explicit when I dropped it off, when they called to let me know jeep was done, I confirmed with them again. When I picked it up again the 5 tire rotation was confirmed and I have the paper reporting 5 tire rotation. Yet they did not do it. I have indisputable proof the spare tire on the back still has the fresh striping on the tread. I have pics and paper work to confirm this. Given I confirmed this at multiple times with them, it clearly is intentional deceit. So if they lie about something so trivial how do I know they did any of the work? I won’t go back. More

Service and cylinder heads fixed I was very pleased to have the cylinder heads replaced under warranty without having to argue for it like i have read about on the forums. I also had I was very pleased to have the cylinder heads replaced under warranty without having to argue for it like i have read about on the forums. I also had the oil changed, tires rotated, coolant flushed and differential oil changed. The one very disappointing thing was that approximately 6 hours after paying and leaving the dealership i was emailed a coupon that would have saved me about $75 on the other services i had performed, which is obviously useless to me after the fact. More
