Keeps my fleet on the road, not on a lift After suffering at other dealers in the area because they were closer and easier to get to, and them keeping our fleet vehicles parked in their lots o After suffering at other dealers in the area because they were closer and easier to get to, and them keeping our fleet vehicles parked in their lots or on a lift for multiple weeks, sometimes months, we finally bit the bullet and fought Seattle traffic to get our vehicles to this dealer. In a weeks time they have cycled through 4 of our vans while our old dealer is still sitting on two others, for over 3 weeks now, and I still have no idea when I will get them back. This is the only dealer than can seem to actually handle fleet vehicles. I am happily driving through traffic now because I know it’s still faster than the other dealers and my vans will be back out doing their jobs soon. They now have our complete business for our Ram vehicles. More

nice people Every time I come in and ask them to fix something, or change the oil the guy comes to me and tells me a story about needing something fixed. I have a friend who owned and auto repair shop for 39 years and retired 4 years ago I ask him about the stuff they want me to replace and after he looks at my Jeep tells me I don't need it done, he says they are trying to over/up sell me. sadly this happens every time I come.
