I purchased my vehicle 3 months ago and stopped by the dealership real quick because I has having problems getting the EVIC to work. Tommy was my sales person when I bought the car, he took a quick look dealership real quick because I has having problems getting the EVIC to work. Tommy was my sales person when I bought the car, he took a quick look and educated me on how to activate it. (manual was incorrect on how to activate it). We made the changes I wanted made and was good to go. We had friends in my car that are looking for a new vehicle so I introduced them to Tommy. When I bought my last Grand Cherokee, I had a very bad experience with Rairdon. When it was time to trade again, I decided to go back to Town and Country because I remembered having a great experience wi experience with Rairdon. These guys went out of their way to get me the Jeep I wanted, gave me lots of options and incentives and made sure my demands were met. That and they all seem to have great personalities.
