Worked with Brent on my jeep grand cherokee, it had some grinding noise in the rear. After looking into it they found out I needed a gear oil modifier for my differentials and with only 20 minutes left in t grinding noise in the rear. It was almost 3pm Friday 1/12/2013 and I'd been putting off fixing my rear right blinker. I called T&C while driving in Lynnwood n asked if I could swing by to get it taken care of without an appt. So I pull up, Brent greets me, asks me to wait in waiting area, and before I could finish a phone call, he came n got me saying it was done! No charge either. Andrew is the one that did the actual work, and he even drove my car out for me. My kids go to school in Edmonds, and get out at 3:50. I pulled into school parking lot at 3:35!
