I was told in advance the amount of time each service would require and every time they got there job done faster than what I expected. They are prompt, courteous and knowledgeable......everything you want a service dept. to be. I would highly recommend them to anyone. More
Great job by all. We did not get the first vehicle we looked at (what we thought wanted) because it was not what we really needed. The sales rep questioned us and discussed our experiences, needs, and wants; we tried another model. It was a much better fit for our needs... AND it was at a lower price than the first. Although he really wanted to make a sale, he did listen and helped us make a much better decision for our lives. The financial rep also helped us make good selections on added warranty options, not just more salesmanship, but really set it up for the life of the car. Our last Dodge we still have, a 2000 Intrepid, which by the way helped save my wife's life in a wreck with a Mack truck. Thank you, Town & Country Chrysler. Sincerely, Dave More

I have been taking in my Jeep Liberty in for Servicing at Town and Country for several years. I have always been pleased with their service. While I was waiting for my car I wandered the lot and Jaye spote Town and Country for several years. I have always been pleased with their service. While I was waiting for my car I wandered the lot and Jaye spoted me and came out and asked if he could help me. He did...into a beautiful used Subaru. Jaye was great he took his time with me and was especially considerate over the details of purchasing my Jeep as part of the deal. Jaye also made sure that the car was detailed and had the best tires installed as I plan to move north to more snow. I feel like Jaye protected me as a single women making sure that I both understood the financing and that my new car would keep me safe and protected. I also purchased a service contract with the car as I trust Town and Country to keep this car running as smoothly as they have my Jeep. When I move I can just transfer the contract to a dealership. All in all I have had nothing but positive things to say about the staff and the service of Town and Country More

My experience with T&C Seattle was like no other I have ever experienced (and I have purchased/leased 4 vehicles in my 37year life); from the moment I walked in, to the moment I signed on the dotted l have ever experienced (and I have purchased/leased 4 vehicles in my 37year life); from the moment I walked in, to the moment I signed on the dotted line, it was above and beyond my expectation, and I highly recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a new vehicle. Before visiting T&C, we had visited several other dealerships of different brands. In the other dealerships, the salesperson had little knowledge of the actual vehicle, and was just a fast talker. Here at T&C Seattle, however, Gary Joseph was able to answer all our questions, down to the little buttons behind the steering wheel! He even informed us of features that we had no idea of! Gary was extremely patient with us. I had my wife, my 4year old, and newborn all in tow during our visit. We put the carseat in, messed around with the controls, etc. None of it was a problem with Gary! And then when we didn't quite like what we saw on the lot, Gary worked with us to look for exactly what we were looking for by looking at other dealership inventories. And he took us out on additional test drives with the other cars! (3 test drives total, in that same night!) We ultimately did find the right vehicle (on their own lot) and Gary was very good with us in terms of the paper work and communication with the back office. Gary is just a nice/great guy altogether! Then, when we were working with their finance dept; their Business Manager Charles Kim went the extra mile to get us the best deal for us out there! I mean, he really went to bat for us. It actually took several days for us to secure a finance deal (which is all/only because of my not-so-stellar credit), but Charles found us the right deal, that got us the price-point we were looking for, with no more money down than we had originally planned/intended to put down. This was HUGE! I just wanted to say THANK YOU to everyone at T&C for helping us, and an especially BIG THANK YOU to Gary and Charles! To say the least, you guys are AWESOME! I **Highly Recommend** this dealership! It will definitely be on top of our list for future purchases/leases! We now have had our vehicle for 2.5 months, and love every part of it! More

When we arrived, all we had to do was test drive the 300C. My wife fell in love with the car - The car was detailed while we were completing the purchase and Chris was explaining all the features of the new car. Chris has also followed up with emails offering his help for whatever we might need in our after purchase experience. I would recommend Chris to my family and friends. The used car sales staff at Town and Country Chrysler of Seattle (60 miles away from my home) were very friendly and helpful and we were able to complete the purchases of a Chrysler Certified Preowned 2011 Seattle (60 miles away from my home) were very friendly and helpful and we were able to complete the purchases of a Chrysler Certified Preowned 2011 T&C minivan to our satisfaction. However, the car was damaged on the way home after purchase when the fog lamp fell out of its socket and melted through the plastic inner fender liner and burned a hole in the bumper cover. The driver's rear view mirror also fell off the car on the way home. Moreover, there were 5 items in the Certified Preowned Checklist that were not done at all (items #36, 41, 82, 88, and 107). Item #88, setting the tires to the Chryser specification of 35 psi, was not done. Instead they were inflated to 48 psi which is well above the Maximum Allowable Working Pressure molded into the sidewall of the tires. This is a serious safety defect. The car was returned for repairs, but when it was picked up a week later, the bumber cover had been broken in the process of fixing the holes. I rejected this subpar maintenance repair and left the car in their shop again. I returned once more to get the car several days later. At this point the shop had had the car longer than it had been in my garage. Five weeks after purchasing the car I still had not received any documentation about the Extended Warranty that I had purchased. Repeated calls and emails to Town and Country's Finance Department were either not answered or were ignored. Even the General Manager did not respond within 5 days. Finally in deperation I contacted my local Chrysler Dealer in Tacoma (20 miles away) and within 60 seconds they discovered that my address was not correctly entered into the master Chryser computer. It took 30 seconds to update this information. The required documentation has now been resent to the correct address. Conclusion: I am not at all impressed with the level of responsiveness from Town and Country's Finance Department and I am especially not impressed with the poor quality workmanship in Town and Country's Service Department.
