My oil was 4qts low after only 3000 miles and they marked that everything was okay with my oil level on their free inspection after my car was brought in for a separate issue, and when asked about it (after my check engine light came on two days later) offered me an oil change for free, despite the fact that, less than two days after leaving their shop, I now have two pistons misfiring for the first time since owning the car. If it's a free service, they don't stand behind their name or signature. More

I get a paper with chicken scratch on in and abriveations and not one telling me it needs further service until I get an email that I refused it. It took 5 times to fix a leak which I am still not convinced it fixed properly. They left tool parts in the jeep after after services and dirt. The manager is unresponsive. More

She was so sweet, easy to work with, and I really appreciate the fact she took our struggling financial situation into consideration rather than just push us to get what we couldn't afford. Very decietful This in my opinion is a horrible establishment and I will not ever recommend someone purchase a vehicle from here. They have sold me a newer 2016 vehi This in my opinion is a horrible establishment and I will not ever recommend someone purchase a vehicle from here. They have sold me a newer 2016 vehicle with hidden major frame damage and constant mechanical issues since the day I drove it off the lot. This dealership had knowledge of the frame damage upon their purchase from the auction and chose not to disclose this information to me as the new buyer in which I have proof of this. They also provided me with a "clean" car fax knowing it was incorrect and not valid. I do not trust this dealership. I have recently connected the dots of this untruthful transaction and the owner has not been returning my emails and calls to fully resolve this issue. I have went to the dealership and spoke with the owner to attempt to resolve this with no outcome as well. Buyers beware when dealing with this dealership and always do your own investigation before purchasing a car from this company. More
