good service, but they didn't do a small job I asked for. I'll have to do it myself. I got a ride home from one of the mechanics to my house. I told him I would be having a ride back when it was ready. a I'll have to do it myself. I got a ride home from one of the mechanics to my house. I told him I would be having a ride back when it was ready. at about 3:30 to 4:00 I got the call and was told my ride was coming. I waited, and at 4:30 I called back to make sure he was coming. at 5:00 I called again. at 5:30 I again called, each time I was told the ride was coming, and the driver was also driving others. at about 6:00 I got a call from the driver that he was outside my house. He wasn't, but I had believed him and hung up. after a few minutes he called again and asked about my address: he said he got 1078 n park n, but it was really 10708. ten minutes later he arrived, and it was the same car and driver that had taken me to the same house that morning. so for about 2 1/2 to 3 hours I waited, getting more frustrated each 5 minutes. I'm just a couple blocks from the bus and could have gotten to my car in 15 minutes, instead of being trapped waiting for a ride that could show up any time. it's been years since I've been so frustrated. I would have given you an 'acceptable' rating but for that aggravating wait. More
