Over the last five years, the oil service technicians of Seattle Jeep have repetitively recommended maintenance services which I have recently completed. Why a technician would recommend a new air filter without looking at it is beyond me unless he/she is cutting corners. Why the customer rep would not call out a technician for not wiping off some spongy oil on an engine to verify a seal is leaking before recommending a $265 diagnosing fee is an unfriendly, customer-service approach. How the technicians missed a bad humidity sensor (which can override the recirculating fan controls) while trying to diagnose a cabin comfort problem is an indicator of average mechanical technicians. After $300 worth of diagnosing work, Seattle Jeep returned my car claiming the AC checked out. I decided to find the problem, and I fixed the problem with a $40 humidity sensor. My experiences with Seattle Jeep reveal the dealership has average mechanics, oil-service technicians who cut corners, and customer reps who try to unnecessarily upcharge. Customer conversations in the waiting room validate my conclusions. In Conclusion: If you do not understand vehicle mechanics, do not do business with Seattle Jeep unless you are willing to regularly pay for upcharges. More

However After 2 years getting the v 300$/h for a commercial promaster. Eliza was absolutely great, communicative and informative. Service was timely. However After 2 years getting the van serviced here not sure I will be back here. Price are outrageous. More

It's disappointing that I can't even be told when a part will become available. A failed catalytic? I'm looking to buy Toyota next time, not Jeep. will become available. A failed catalytic? I'm looking to buy Toyota next time, not Jeep. More
