I was looking for a small truck for my son and came across a great looking Chy. 300 that was listed on line. I read the reviews of the dealership and almost didn't follow up on the car. Talked with T across a great looking Chy. 300 that was listed on line. I read the reviews of the dealership and almost didn't follow up on the car. Talked with Tim Lorentz and told him would like to "look" only. He said he would be happy to show us the car. Was very impressed. At no time did he try to talk us into anything other than what we were looking at. The sales manager Rob Caudle was excelent. He answered anything I wanted to know and we agreed on a very reasonable price. The 300 that we went to "look" at came home with us. We were very impressed and pleased with the dealership. Would recomend to others and would use this dealership again. All in all pleasant experince. More
I hate buying cars. Hate it. Dealerships give me the creeps. So much so that it took me nearly two years to purchase this car. Every time I mustered up the courage to start my search for a new car, I wo creeps. So much so that it took me nearly two years to purchase this car. Every time I mustered up the courage to start my search for a new car, I would encounter a salesperson that would so turn me off that I would stop my search for a couple of months. That all changed with Town and Country Chrysler. I am sure that I am not the easiest customer. I assume that the sales people are trying to take advantage of me and I am sure that my attitude comes across in my affect. Nevertheless, the sales people at T&C were steadfastly pleasant, patient, and informative. They treated me with respect and went above and beyond my expectations in every way. I know that they did not make much money off me. I bought an absolute base model Voyager and I was able to negotiate the price down well below dealer invoice. Yet, the sales people treated me as if I was a preferred customer. I would highly recommend this dealership to a friend, not only because I was able to get such a great deal on my car, but because T&C made my car purchasing experience a pleasant one. More
I must commend Allan Chung for coming to my rescue on June 5, 2011 at 9:30 p.m. I had an electrical problem (2011 Grand Cherokee)that night and I called Charles Kim (the finance manager at the dealership June 5, 2011 at 9:30 p.m. I had an electrical problem (2011 Grand Cherokee)that night and I called Charles Kim (the finance manager at the dealership)on his cell as I was in a panic. I told him of the problem and he called Allan (who works at the dealership)to see if he would help--he answered YES...he did not ask where I was or what the problem was just that he would help. He came from across town to my rescue. He figured out the problem and I was on my way. I cannot tell you how satisfying it is to know that world class customer service like that from a car dealer means to me..regardless of my history with them. Allan went above and beyond any call of duty. He shows to me that caring about customers is very important and that will go a long way with me as I will continue to sing the praises of Town & Country of Seattle, WA. Thank you Charles and Allan for being there for me! More
We were looking for a car for our daughter's college graduation and found a used PT Cruiser. The sales staff and Charles were really helpful. Then, a month later we drove the car to Denver for her gra graduation and found a used PT Cruiser. The sales staff and Charles were really helpful. Then, a month later we drove the car to Denver for her graduation to give it to her, and there the weather was warm enough to use the AC, and we discovered it didn't work. We had it repaired in Denver and then called Town and Country where Trevor Fawcett was our contact. He was very helpful. They couldn't cover all the cost of repair, for obvious reasons, but they were great to work with and even refunded some of the money! I've never had this type of trusting service before! thank you to the entire staff! Tom More
I had a great experience with my purchase of a new Jeep here. The staff was friendly and helpful. They thoroughly explained my purchase terms, found a good manufacturer issued warranty, and a great finance here. The staff was friendly and helpful. They thoroughly explained my purchase terms, found a good manufacturer issued warranty, and a great finance rate. My friend, who purchased the same Jeep at a different local dealer, Lithia, had the worst experience and was impressed by the service here. Additionally, the staff offered to help him any questions he had with his new purchase. If there have been negative reviews in the past, it’s obvious that the staff is trying to reverse these now. I went to this dealership, after having gone to many others. I expected the same song and dance as the other, but was plesantly surprised. After picking the vehicle I wanted, and negotiating the trade others. I expected the same song and dance as the other, but was plesantly surprised. After picking the vehicle I wanted, and negotiating the trade in price for my old vehicle, I was given a great deal. Thanks to John who went all out, really made the difference in experiences from other dealerships. More
We took our 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service. Purchased at T & C in 1999. James was professional and very knowledgable. My husband usually does his own repairs and they shared ideas freely. We Purchased at T & C in 1999. James was professional and very knowledgable. My husband usually does his own repairs and they shared ideas freely. We walked the lot and found a used 2011, which we test drove, but ended up buying new 2011 with Hemi. We never felt pressured, but as if this was a family decision. Our decision, but their wisdom and knowledge of their product. Specs were shared, important to my husband. Personal details shared. Salesman Jaye's wife owns same vehicle and he was very kind to help with huge learning curve of new knowledge with NAV system, and all electronic accessories. Encouraged us to take vehicle overnight. See if it was for us, but no pressure. When he was busy with other clients, his partner Mark filled in the gaps and kept us entertained. Charles patiently walked us thru the closing process and financial paperwork. Buying a car is a monumental job for us and the whole staff cheered us on. Love my first new and probably last car purchase and will be doing business with T & C for years to come. More
My wife and I went in looking to replace her car. Troy (Sales) met us outside with a smile, listened to what my wife wanted in a new car and took us to the ones we asked about. When we test drove several (Sales) met us outside with a smile, listened to what my wife wanted in a new car and took us to the ones we asked about. When we test drove several (that we had seen online) and she did not find a match he showed us additional cars we had not asked about but met the criteria we were looking for. He listened to what we wanted. He showed us good matches and never pushed us once. We found a car my wife liked and John Martin walked us through the financing options. He listened to my wife's expectations and offered us only options that answered her needs. We got good value for our trade in, a fair price for the new vehicle, and most importantly never felt uncomfortable or pressured. I'm in sales. I hope my customers leave feeling they were listened to and treated as well as my wife and I were. More
Purchased a used Jeep in July 2010. Condition of Jeep overstated..it needed a new differential. Cindy McDowell had me wait 30 days for service contract to start before doing repair so Chrysler would pay overstated..it needed a new differential. Cindy McDowell had me wait 30 days for service contract to start before doing repair so Chrysler would pay instead of dealership absorbing the cost. Purchased a fairly expensive service contract which pays for nothing. Recently had several things go wrong with car none of which were covered. Went in to cancel my service contract and they tried to bump me to the better service contract but I'm burned out on them now. Should have given me better contract from the beginning...very bad customer service. Andrew in service makes commission off these service contracts and he screwed up. This service department has one of the highest hourly rates around at $141.00 per hour. Why would anyone use their service department ??? This dealership is dishonest. BUYER BEWARE More
Very pushy salesman. Had me filling out financing paperwork before I could even test drive the car. Then when I decided not to buy, I was insulted, mocked and let feeling aweful. The salesman actuall paperwork before I could even test drive the car. Then when I decided not to buy, I was insulted, mocked and let feeling aweful. The salesman actually sulked as I walked out the door. No "thank you, here's our card, please bring us your business when you are ready to buy". Used every used car salesman cliche in the book. More
