Ryan's great attitude,excitement and professionalism conveyed over the emails is what made me choose to work with him-he didn't give me a few sentences and tell me to just come in and see him, he took the time to answer each question and even sent me pictures of a car I was interested in along with the vehicle specs. When I wasn't completely happy with the first car I tried, they got me into a GREAT car that I LOVE. Financing was so easy and worry free!!! Everything about my experience was so easy and painless! The whole team I worked with were professional and friendly and personable! I would HIGHLY recommend everyone to see these guys for your future auto purchases!!! I can truthfully say I will go back to them the next time I purchase a car :) More
These guys rock! Purchased a vehicle and later decided it wasn't right for me. Under the autonation used car program (3 days or 150 miles) return policy. As one of the associates said: "Buying a car _should_ be fun!" This was easy because the sales associate with whom I mainly worked - Timothy Lorentz - was easy-going and thorough, and he went the extra mile to ensure my Jeep Wrangler was just right before I left. I have all my service work done at the dealership because James Gill, my service manager, is knowledgeable, friendly and just a good guy. Town & Country participate in the Costco Auto Purchase Program so buying a great car at a reasonable price with great service just doesn't get any easier. More
I had not planed on making a purchase when I went to look at the Mazda 3 that my husband asked me to at least go "sit it." Tim was amazing. No pressure, took me on a test drive and I simply fell in love with the car. Still I wasn't going to buy it because I didn't think they'd give me enough on my trade in to make it feasible. They worked with me on that and I totally LOVE my car. They had it cleaned up and in tip top shape when I came to look at it. Tim has checked back with me a couple of times, and invites me to call him with any questions. He told me that my first oil change is free -- which is pretty cool. Not only was Tim great to work with, but one of the other guys there bought me a soda. They were all a great group of people that just made the buying experience less of a hassle.
