Very pushy salesman. Had me filling out financing paperwork before I could even test drive the car. Then when I decided not to buy, I was insulted, mocked and let feeling aweful. The salesman actually sulked as I walked out the door. No "thank you, here's our card, please bring us your business when you are ready to buy". Used every used car salesman cliche in the book. More

This dealership charged me $4000.00 over MSRP. When I got home and did the research I discovered this and brought the car back to them the next day. They apologized and renegotiated the deal telling me that home and did the research I discovered this and brought the car back to them the next day. They apologized and renegotiated the deal telling me that I would be paying $4000.00 less and showed me my final price. I forgot to check the line where my down payment was and signed the deal. After all was done kept my down payment of $3000.00 and charged me MSRP on top of that. Good for them and their great negotiating skills. They have terrible customer service and their maintenance is unprofessional. We took our car in for an issue we had with the transmission and instead of diagnosing it they just plugged it into a computer and said they would just update the program and that “might” fix it. It didn’t fix anything and now we have no warranty to cover it. I would not recommend them to anyone and I will never buy a car from them again. In fact they have ruined any hope I had for the manufacture. I won’t be buying a Chrysler again. This is a good case of Americans ripping off Americans. More
