(not jeep) When we went to Town & country Jeep we were approched by Deny Lie a new salesman who has a wonderful personality and was quite informative. My wife and I were overwelmed by all the choices and were having a hard time deciding which model we wanted to purchase, so Deny handed us over to John Martin, a more experianced salesman. WOW what a breath of fresh air. John is the most laid back salesman we have ever met. He is incredibly Knowligible about the cars and answered all our questions. My wife and I were still undecided so John offered to give us a vehicle to take home for the day and return the next day. WOW!! We declined. But came back the next day to test drive the Grand Cherokee and fell in love with it. John walked us through the entire process and gave us a good deal on the vehicle. All in All it was a GREAT experiance. We would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a great car and a great experiance. Ask for John Martin. More

I purchased a Patriot from this Town and Country in 2009 and had a great experience. I have had all maintenance done by Town and Country since then, and have been more than happy. When I decided I was interested in trading in my Patriot there was no question in my mind where to go. I first met with Richard Mosher. Richard gathered my initial information so far as what I was interested in. He was kind and did not pressure me, and was easy to work with. He followed up with me later in the day letting me know he felt he could get me into the car I wanted for the price I proposed. He then transitioned me over to work with Rob Christman in Sales. Rob worked with the information that I had given Richard and he got me into the exact car that I wanted without negotiation from my initial offer-which was awesome! Not only did he listen to what I wanted but he went the extra mile to find the car I wanted in the color i wanted which meant having to located it and have it send from another dealer. He loaned me a brand new car to drive while i waited a few days for my new car to arrive. When my car arrived he called and I literally spent an hour in the dealership. Rob had me take the new car for a test drive to make sure it was just right and then he took extra time with me to set my iphone up with the blue tooth in the car as well as showing me how to work all the special features included. I then met with finance and they had the exact financing I had requested all ready to sign. I was impressed and amazed that they had included the longer term warrantee and maintenance specials that I had on my previous jeep, as well as the blue tooth in the new car within the price I requested- as extras! My sales man Rob was low key, he respected my requests and financial offer without negotiating. He listened to what I wanted-and he made it happen. I never felt stressed working with him, it was an easy, and a fun experience. I will enthusiastically send my friends, colleagues, and family to Rob when they are ready to buy a new car. I have been working with Town and Country for purchasing and maintenance for three years now and just as with all previous interactions I literally could not have had a better experience in buying this new car. I will call Rob without hesitation when I am ready for a new car, and although already a loyal customer the awesome job that Rob did with this purchase has solidified my commitment to being a lifelong customer at Town and Country. In all the time I spent looking at other dealerships, this was the first place were I felt my needs were the priority and the sales team was actually looking for a car that suited what I was looking for, not what they wanted to get off the lot. My salesman Deny spent all afternoon letting us test drive cars and look at anything we were interested in, without being pushy. I felt I had the time and space to look at and consider anything I was interested in. Deny was very friendly, knowledgeable about the cars, and overall seemed genuinely interested in getting me a car that would work best for me, above all else. This was by far my best experience at any car dealership in Seattle, and I would undoubtedly refer a friend or family member. Thanks! More
