This note is long overdue. I have been driving my new 2011 Chrysler 300 C for a few months now, and I absolutely love it. I felt I should take a moment and thank the people that put me in the car from the beginning. If you are reading this, I could not encourage you more to get yourself in to Town and Country Chrysler Dodge Jeep, and to ask for John Martin. From the moment we met, I was treated with gentlemanly respect and total class by John. He took the time to listen to my needs and concerns and was very patient. I was coming in with a 2008 300 C at the end of its lease (also from T & C, another decent experience) and was having a hard time saying goodbye to the car -- but John put me behind the wheel of the new model (all-wheel drive) and we went for a spin. John impressed me with his deep knowledge of the vehicle on every point -- and, after he encouraged me take it home for the night, I was convinced. I appreciated John's friendly nature and I feel we bonded (John always recognizes me if I swing in and has gone out of his way to assure me he will personally get involved in any issue I ever have with the car). Which is to say that, by no means will you feel that you are merely another sale to Mr. Martin. I would happily send any close friend or family member in to see John and I feel confident you would receive the same level of service that I did. I also want to mention Robert Caudle and Charles Kim -- should your paths cross with these guys, you will get a warm reception and a few laughs. Car buying should be this enjoyable, and so I find it incumbent on me to spread the word. If you have been thinking about a new or used car, get your butt in to see John at Town & Country NOW. More
Great Leasing Experience! We had been car shopping all day and went to Town and Country Chrysler Dodge and Jeep because the lease on our Grand Caravan was up. We wanted to test drive the new Dodge Durang day and went to Town and Country Chrysler Dodge and Jeep because the lease on our Grand Caravan was up. We wanted to test drive the new Dodge Durango, but were pretty sure we couln't afford it. Jaye Fayed walked out and took us for a test drive. He was the first salesman I have ever worked with that was low pressure and truly a lot of fun to work with. In the end both Jaye and Trevor worked with us to get the price point that we could live with! As much as I hate dealing with car salesmen, I will definitely go back to Jaye when we trade in our Durango (or buy it) at the end of our lease. He is a GREAT guy and even gave our son a present for waiting so patiently with us. They also had a bbq going on for their Labor Day Weekend sale and many of the other salesmen asked us if we were hungry, if they could get us anything, chatted with us about the Husky game, etc. It was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone! More

We had a very positive experience with John, Trevor and Andrew while shopping for a mini-van. This is something new to us as in the past we have usually experienced high-pressure to buy from a car salesman. We are happy with the mini-van that we purchased and we think we got a fair deal, as we had already looked on the internet to compare prices before visiting Town & Country. More

My salesman did everything he could to secure the sale. The F&I guy was trying to pull a bunch of bullshit during the sale. Making us wait for 2 hrs on two different visits. After waiting on sunday the Aug 14th for 1.5 hrs to finally get the lease paperwork they came back at $493 a month for 39 months. No where near the advertised rates or the rate I had rec'd from a dealer in tacoma($431). Left by the time I arrived home I had an proposal for 72 months at $463 or lease at $431. Told John we will be in to sign at 5pm next day. Arrived at 5:30 the car was still being detailed. Waited over an hour to receive first proposal of 75 months at $463. F&I guy thought I couldn't read. Told them to straighted the price and interest rate or they could keep it. Waited another 40 minutes to finally get correct amounts. Then as papers were being signed we were told of two items thrown in. 5 year oil change and security stickers. Both were worked the purchase agreement. Charlie needs to be honest. He should understand that he doesn't need to hide this stuff. During negotiations there is a give and take. I would have had no problem paying for those items as they made corrections in other areas for me. Give me better interest rate I will pay for add ons as that helps you. John Martin was GREAT. F&I lived up to there reputation. More

I have purchased a lot of cars over the last 10 years from top manufacturers including Mercedes, Porsche, BMW and Ford. This is my first Jeep Grand Cherokee. We purchased this car over BMW and Mercedes from top manufacturers including Mercedes, Porsche, BMW and Ford. This is my first Jeep Grand Cherokee. We purchased this car over BMW and Mercedes almost entirely because of the faith I had in John Martin, our sales representative who was the most knowledgeable automotive engineering mind I have met in those 10 years. Its clear that John is an engineer at heart and hence spent the time to understand all technical details of the car and its differences from prior models. He understood the suspension, engine, electronics, systems, maintenance and service requirements. He even advised on fuel optimization. As I am an engineer, I like to know the majority of the items before I visit, and usually the sales rep can not tell me the level of detail I want, or try's to bluff and I have to resort to the web to get the detail I want. Not so this time. John knew detailed answers to all my questions. He also spoke clearly about trade in expectations, options and ideas. He put the customer first, worked quickly and efficiently with finance and make the process fun but predictable. He gave us what we felt was a great deal for our trade in, and made us feel like confident in our purchase. If there was a grading for an automotive sales rep, then he gets an A+. I will be sending many of my friends to John in the near future. Thanks John! More

Ryan's great attitude,excitement and professionalism conveyed over the emails is what made me choose to work with him-he didn't give me a few sentences and tell me to just come in and see him, he took the time to answer each question and even sent me pictures of a car I was interested in along with the vehicle specs. When I wasn't completely happy with the first car I tried, they got me into a GREAT car that I LOVE. Financing was so easy and worry free!!! Everything about my experience was so easy and painless! The whole team I worked with were professional and friendly and personable! I would HIGHLY recommend everyone to see these guys for your future auto purchases!!!
