While the car buying process takes several hours and can be stressful we did not feel that way when purchasing our new vehicle at Town & Country CJD. We felt important the entire time from dealing with the sales associate, the sales manager and the finance officer. The process from pricing to financing seemed transparent and easy to follow. Chris, Melvin and Andrew were all very friendly and they showed concern to make sure that our overall experience with the dealership was an enjoyable one. They exceeded our expectations in every way. We would definately recommend this dealership and specificly the team that assisted us. More

After going to three other dealerships and getting nowhere fast, I decided to try these guys, 45 minute drive from home. From the minute I met Rob Christman and saw the great selection of Jeeps, I felt sure I found the right place. Mel was great to work with as well, so was Charles. Everyone there seems to be happy instead of the usual "my job sucks" attitude I found elsewhere. Bottom line: I bought a Jeep from these guys and would do so again in a heartbeat. Extremely highly recommended! More
This dealership was very easy to deal with and provided me with what I consider to be a good deal. Chris Wilkinson was an excellent sales representative to work with. I recently purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee through the AutoNation program (USAA) and had an excellent experience at Town & Country. Chris Wilkinson was very helpful and flexible in accomodating my sc the AutoNation program (USAA) and had an excellent experience at Town & Country. Chris Wilkinson was very helpful and flexible in accomodating my schedule. He also was respectful of my time and tried to minimize the time I had to spend at the dealership. But that time was well spent. I feel great about the purchase experience and my new Jeep! More
My wife and I pulled in to the lot right when Rob was getting ready to leave. He stopped what he was doing and showed us around and let us know about all the different options and types of vehicles they getting ready to leave. He stopped what he was doing and showed us around and let us know about all the different options and types of vehicles they had available. I was looking at the base model Patriot and liked it while my wife was checking out the Latitude and the Limited. The Limited was a bit out of our price range and I felt like the Latitude was as well. Rob talked to us a bit and he was able to make the Latitude work for us. He was not pushy at all. In fact I didn't feel like I was talking to a salesman at all. He just let us know the facts and with our Costco membership we were able to get a very good deal on the Jeep. Rob let us know about a couple of offers they had going that drove the price down even more. When I went in to financing to sign the paperwork the guy I talked to was awesome and told me about the BECU auto event that was going on at the time (coincidentally I am a member already and he was unaware of that) and I was able to get my rate even lower. All in all I had a great experience with these guys and if you're interested in getting a great vehicle and want a great experience make sure you ask for Rob Christman and he'll treat you great. More
Richard is not only a great man, he's a great salesman. He bent over backwards to get what we asked for. He kept me company while my husband was back with the loan officer. And he didn't get to go home unt He bent over backwards to get what we asked for. He kept me company while my husband was back with the loan officer. And he didn't get to go home until after 10 pm. Although your manager did. I find that offensive. I really liked this man and he deserves high praise indeed. Richard, that is. Another salelman, who's name I didn't bother to get, got a little pushy with me regarding the terms of the deal when my husband stepped away and Richard was up at the managers desk. I directed him right back to my husband. So let's call that a fail, shall we? When it comes time for me to upgrade my vehicle in a few years, I will be asking for Richard. He is sweet, understanding, old school pleasant as so many don't know how to be these days. Half of me bought that car just because it was my pleasure to sit there with Richard. I can almost guarantee his sales record is off the charts. So whatever you do, don't lose that man. He's worth his weight in gold.
