Great Dealer service. Started with a e-mail inquery that was answered within a couple of hours. Came by and met with Chris Wilkenson. The salesman listened to my concerns about switching from long term Cadillac ownership to Chrysler. Didn't like the choices in interiors in the 300C series. Dealer called back and said he had one that would fit my criteria. We arranged to meet in a couple of days. The car was waiting for me when I got there. We went through the funding options and I leased the car. Very pleased with the service and I will recommend the dealer to my friends and my Building Trades members......... Lee Newgent More

We throughly enjoyed meeting him when we bought our Chrysler 200 and then when we returned from our road trip, he showed us a 2011 cadillac CTS that we couldn't pass up, so we traded it in for the cadillac. We are thoroughly happy. He is an asset to your company. I wish everyone could be upbeat like he is. Thanks, Vicki Brown More
This is my 2nd Jeep that I have purchased from Town and Country. I had recently traded in the Ford I had originally bought after my first JEEP...THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE for a JEEP. I had contact Jeff Ad Country. I had recently traded in the Ford I had originally bought after my first JEEP...THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE for a JEEP. I had contact Jeff Admundson (and after 5 years) he remembered exactly who I was from my last purchase with Town and Country (think about that...he remembered details about me from that far back.) I told him I would come by when I had the chance to look at the models....I decided to stop in to the dealership at the end of my day, out of the blue. Unfortunately, Jeff was not there to assist...however, Rob Christman was there to help out in every way possible. We hit it off like we've known each other for years too. He not only took the time to go over all the notes Jeff had left but took his time really asking me what I needed and wanted in my new JEEP. It never felt like for one second he was just trying to sell me a car to sell me a car. He couldn't of helped me be more at ease figuring out what I wanted. It was a fantastic job between the past history I had with Jeff and the new relationship I built with Rob. When and I do mean WHEN, I purchase another vehicle I guarantee it will be another JEEP from the Town and Country family. Can't thank everyone enough for the effort and professionalism with buying a vehicle. More
I was treated with courtesy at Town and Country Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Tommy answered all my questions, listened to my needs and concerns, and continued to make suggestions that pointed me to a vehicle that Dodge Jeep. Tommy was a great sales person. I had seen an ad for the car I wanted at another dealership. Tommy knew the dealership did not have a good reputation. He was willing to make sure I got the best deal possi car I wanted at another dealership. Tommy knew the dealership did not have a good reputation. He was willing to make sure I got the best deal possible on the car I wanted. Everyone at Town and Country was very friendly and helpful. I only give the experience a 4 because I had a long wait to meet with the finance person. This was because they had sold a few cars simultaneously. Tommy did a fabulous job even though he is new at the car sales business. I will be back to buy a car for my daughter in a couple of years! Thank you Deny for helping me figure out all the cool things my car can do!! We loved your accent!! More
I was using the internet to search for a used car and Town and Country came up as a dealership. I was in contact with their internet sales specialist, Deny, who was very attentive through e-mail without Town and Country came up as a dealership. I was in contact with their internet sales specialist, Deny, who was very attentive through e-mail without being overbearing, as other dealerships were. I came in for a test drive, but the car's brakes turned out to be bad. Deny apologized for not catching that, and helped me find some other sedans, eventually finding another car at a dealership in Bellevue, a significant distance away. He said he'd get the car for me to check out the next day. The next day I came up. The test drive was delayed due to bad traffic/weather, but the car and I clicked. While I was waiting, I got the chance to observe the other sales specialists, who were all very genial and friendly people. One guy got yelled out for something that was completely out of his hands and didn't lose his cool, maintaining a professional air. I filled out the paperwork with the sales Manager Andrew. The tone of the dealership changed here, and put me on my guard. The customer experience before had been friendly, a bit laid back, but the tone was now strictly business. We also got into a disagreement over the warranty on the car, whose information said it came with a warranty, but Andrew denied that. I feel like you should know the information about the car you're trying to sell, this exchange left a sour taste in my mouth. Aside from that hiccough, my experience was overall positive, and I'd recommend this dealership. More

I had never bought a new car before. Naturally, I was wary of being manipulated by enterprising salesmen. However, I found Rob to be friendly and I never felt like he was pushing too hard or trying to ge wary of being manipulated by enterprising salesmen. However, I found Rob to be friendly and I never felt like he was pushing too hard or trying to get me to buy something against my better judgement. I wanted to test drive a v6 Challenger because it was what I thought I could afford. However, when I got on the lot and saw the price for the v8 R/T plus, I was intrigued. They price vehicles based on matching the average price across the region in the last 30 days, which I found interesting and helpful. The sales team, including Rob, was very attentive to my questions. I did go to another dealership to test drive a MINI S, but I found myself coming back to Town and Country. I also found that their linked-in status with BECU made setting up the loan I had pre-approved very easy, even after the bank itself was closed. More
