Rob and his manager worked hard to meet the price that I was looking for all while having a few good laughs and them throwing in the floor mats I wanted for my Jeep. I would recommend Rob any day. Just purchased a new Dodge Dart last week & I so love this car! The salesman, Rob was great, and everyone at Town & Country were so nice. I really dreaded coming into the dealership & going through all the high pressure of purchasing a car. But this experience was unlike any other. All the salesmen were friendly & nice & there was absolutely no pressure. I began researching vehicles online & emailed back & forth with many car salesman before I decided which vehicle I was most interested in. During the process Rob was excellent, he answered my series of emails quickly & thoroughly. Never losing patience with me & assuring me he would find the right vehicle to meet my specific needs for the price I was able to pay. When I got there he came outside to meet me, very friendly & helpful. Again absolutely no pressure! We took a test drive & it was just like taking a friend for a ride. The car sold itself basically, but he took a great deal of time showing me the multitude of features & fancy gadgets. He even paired my cell phone & showed me how to program in addresses in the GPS system. Rob you've changed my attitude about car salesman in a very positive way. Thank you! More
