Chris worked very hard to find me the car that I wanted at a price that worked for me. Found this dealership on the internet and visited Rairdon before coming to Town & Country. I had two very awful experiences with Rairdon and was absolutely excited to meet Deny who displayed a proffessional before coming to Town & Country. He gave me an opportunity to drive all Jeeps to get an overall feel for what I was looking for, and found the very item I needed. I want to congradulate the dealership on the through detail they gave of my new vehicle (a used 2004 Liberty) as cleanliness of the vehicle was very high on my list of desirables. I will certainly visit Town and Country again when I'm in the market for a new or used vehicle, and recommend that my friends visit this dealership first when looking for a vehicle to purchase. More

He was extremely attentive, super nice and his sense of humor was comforting. I didn't feel pressured or got talked into something I was not comfortable with. He went above and beyond to make sure that my requests were met. My previous experience purchasing a car from a dealership was horrible at Rairdon Kirkland (www.dodgechryslerjeepofkirkland.com) where I purchased my car 2WD 2008 Jeep Commander. Rairdon's was extremely horrible, they lied to me and totally screwed me over with my purchase. The sales person I worked with - Mark Price was extremely fake and the general manager, Paul Young (who only said less than 10 words to me to tell me what my options were) was extremely condescending. Overall, it was a very upsetting experience and I was really reluctant to go through another vehicle purchase at a dealership. Due to that fact that I left Rairdon's with a car I was really unhappy about I was determined to find the car I really want - white Jeep Commander 4WD w/ 3rd row seating option - and I was able to find one at Town and Country via their website. I made an appointment to see Chris Wilkinson, I was nervous at first but after a few minutes of talking to him I felt good about my interaction with him because he was super helpful, full of knowledge and easy to talk to. Mike was extremely helpful as well, he assured me I'd leave the place happy and way better experience than my experience at Rairdon's in which I did leave Town and Country feeling satisfied. Charles Kim in the finance department was super helpful as well and was able to find me the best bank rate/loan to best fit my financial needs as well as meet my "realistic payment/budget". Charles also gave me further information on how I can refi in the future and possibly lower my payments and he also assured me that he will continue to find me a better bank rate in the next 24 hours. Both Mike and Charles understood my financial needs and was more than willing to work with me in sticking to my budget - I didn't feel pressured at all committing into something that's not realistic for me down the line. Over all, my experience at Town & Country was excellent and I left the dealership satisfied with a car I really want. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and I've already referred some of my friends for their future car purchases - In my opinion, this place definitely counters your stereotypical mean car dealership sales person. Thank you Chris and Thank You Town & Country for making my car buying experience not-so-stressful and satisfied. More

He worked tirelessly to find the right vehicle and make a deal that we were happy with - and this took a few months! John also made sure to put us on a service team that he knew would meet our needs and made up for some negative experiences we had with a previous sale and service. John really knows his inventory and the vehicle that best meets the needs of the buyer and has no problems working overtime to make sure the customer is happy with the final decision. John was very concerned that I was happy with the purchase (not just my husband) and was genuinely happy to hear that I was. I would recommend John with no hesitation to anyone who was in the market for a car - new or used. More
