Chris was so helpful in helping me get the car I wanted! It's my first car and he really went above and beyond to help me get the financing I needed! Very friendly, knowledgable and had a good selection of the car we wanted. John was exceptionally helpful and still offering assistance. We appreciate that. It's nice that we have one contact person to go the car we wanted. John was exceptionally helpful and still offering assistance. We appreciate that. It's nice that we have one contact person to go to for whatever reason, even scheduling service. John was a no pressure salesman which for us, was very important. He simply answered our questions (I had several) and never made us feel like we were wasting his time. We told him up front that we were just looking that day. It must have been the red color and and John's manorism but we bought it and love it. We look forward to a long relationship with John and Town & Country. More
My experience toward a new vehicle purchase began with a need to have a more robust vehicle than my present one. I had a low mile 2007 Dodge Caliber R/T AWD with a sunroof, premium stereo, and a sporty lo need to have a more robust vehicle than my present one. I had a low mile 2007 Dodge Caliber R/T AWD with a sunroof, premium stereo, and a sporty look. My problem was cargo capacity for what I needed to get done, and towing capability- I had a long list of things that demanded a truck, not a car. I decided to browse the area Chrysler/Dodge dealerships for various types of trucks when I came to Town & Chrysler Chrysler/Jeep/Ram and saw the truck I liked- a 2012 Ram 1500 Sport 4x4 with a quad cab. I filled out an on-line interest form and shortly received a sales representative reply. Robert Christman and I hit it off from the start- He tailored my needs to the truck, and his knowledge of it's capabilities was impressive. The dealership has a great environment and it generates a "feel good" atmosphere due to the character of the staff. Rob Christman was the sole reason I purchased my new Ram 1500, he made sure all my questions were answered, the necessary paperwork was expedited to fit my work schedule, and the final closing went without a hitch. I had such a great experience that I posted a picture of my new truck thanking Rob personally on my Facebook page. Thank you Rob! =D More
This was the most pleasant car dealer experience I've ever had. I'm a Jeep guy. I've had 4 Jeeps, 3 Wranglers, 2 Rubicons. I built a 2012 model Rubicon via the Jeep website and found a few I liked on a f ever had. I'm a Jeep guy. I've had 4 Jeeps, 3 Wranglers, 2 Rubicons. I built a 2012 model Rubicon via the Jeep website and found a few I liked on a few local dealer lots. I sent in general inquiries via email to each dealer site and Town and Country was one of the first to respond. They were more interested in what I wanted and how they could meet my expectations rather than how quickly they could get me on the dealer lot. It was the opposite of what I experienced at other dealerships. Another reviewer hit the nail on the head when they used the term Town and Country used "just the right amount of persistence". They would check in with me and my comfort level (all email up to this point, no phone number was given by me) and eventually sent me an offer I could not refuse. Upon arriving at the dealership I was welcomed by the GM Leith Ledger, and sales associates Jeff Asmundson and Chris Wilkinson. All who I had exchanged emails with at one time or another. My initial thought was that these were the men who were going to try to keep me on the lot until I signed on the line which is dotted no matter how long it took. This fear was slowly but surely put to rest as Jeff & I had a conversation on the 3.8L engine vs the 3.6L engine. No pressure talk at any time. Leith assured me that the pre agreed upon price would stand and after reviewing all the paperwork it did. They were sure to keep it under my max allowable monthly payment discussed over email. Chris understood the fact that this would be my 3rd Rubicon but took the time to ensure 100% I understood the new features I may have not been aware of and actually sat in the vehicle with me for a few moments going over what had changed since my last Rubicon. So although I spoke to multiple people through this deal each was extremely friendly and courteous and more worried about my experience at their dealership than making a sale. Another first was dealing with Adam Ledford the finance manager. He was also extremely friendly and courteous as he explained the APR, the discounts given and made sure my military service was recognized in the deal. I cant say enough good things about this dealership and these guys and I rarely give any reviews let alone positive ones. I will gladly deal w/this dealership in the future and give them my highest recommendation to anyone who's tired of the typical dealership experience. More
First I purchased my vehicle new from here a couple of years ago, that was a friendly and ok experience. I got what I wanted at a reasonable price. The problem is if you want service. This dealership is i years ago, that was a friendly and ok experience. I got what I wanted at a reasonable price. The problem is if you want service. This dealership is incredibly hard to get a hold of a service rep to actually get a time to bring the car in. I have been calling several times today and left several messages. I was able to slow the receptionist down enough to talk her into taking an old fashioned message to hand deliver it to the service manager to call me back. We will see if that actually works. This will be the second time that I have had to call the manager to get a call back to get my car in for service. They advertise 5 star service...I am not sure what that is suppose to mean but I dont think this is the kind of service they want. More
This had to be the best car buying experience possible. I had been actively shopping for a Jeep Patriot for a few weeks, and was exhausted from dealing with horrible salesmen. Oddly enough, I found a sale I had been actively shopping for a Jeep Patriot for a few weeks, and was exhausted from dealing with horrible salesmen. Oddly enough, I found a saleswoman, who made my hopes come alive! I found the Jeep online and emailed right away. Tiffany emailed me back, and communicated with me throughout the day. I ended up settling on a deal, completing an application and setting terms/payments before I even went to see the car. I knew it was meant to be, and Tiffany was extrememly helpful throughout the entire process. She even emailed and called afterward to see how it was going with my new pretty Jeep! : ) Thanks Tiffany, and Town & Country!! More

We had originally come to the dealership after visting another dodge dealer in Everett who were unwilling to negotiate with us to fit our budget. Coming in we were actually just looking to see prices and another dodge dealer in Everett who were unwilling to negotiate with us to fit our budget. Coming in we were actually just looking to see prices and inventory of their used Challengers. John approaced and from the start was extremely friendly and conveyed his interest in working with us to find a car and price that worked for us. Having picked a car we liked and sitting down to talk numbers to fit our budget John was very fair and pleasant in finding a way to get us in the vehicle we desired at the price we were looking to pay. Coming back the next day to pick up the car and finalize the deal we spotted the Challenger Redline Rallaye. John was quite busy with other customers but refered us to his fellow employee Deny. Deny took us on a test drive which was excellent. Still keeping in consideration the original deal we then began to talk price on the Redline Rallaye in his office. Deny was very fair and respectful in the price negotiations as well, meeting us in a fair middle between our budget and their price. Having found a great deal for us we went ahead with the deal on the Redline Rallaye. John even stayed late to go through all the features of our new car which was greatly appreciated. John and Deny throughout the whole process exemplified the perfect experience expected with professional salesmen being fair and helping to make our experience memorable. More
We purchased a used vehicle from Brent Stafford on 9/9/2012. We stopped in to look at a used car they had posted on Auto Trader. It was our first visit to Town & Country, we was in the market but 9/9/2012. We stopped in to look at a used car they had posted on Auto Trader. It was our first visit to Town & Country, we was in the market but didn't really expect to buy a car that day. We want to commend Brent on his people skills dealing with customers. He was honest, courteous, respectful and at no time did we feel pressured or manipulated. Brents customer oriented approach definately was a factor in my decision to buy the car. The support after sale at Town & Country is outstanding. I have high expectations and they exceeded them. Brent and manager Leith were proactive in making sure I was happy with taking care of a minor issue that came up after the sale. They quickly put me at ease that they would take care of the issue and followed up to assure I was happy with the result. They have demonstrated to us that they were serious about delivering an excellent product for the money. I would recommend Town & Country Jeep Chrysler Dodge to anyone. I think you will be happy and will be adding your own comments here. Their coffee was good too! Dave & Debbie More
