I bought my car here 3, almost 4 years ago and I’ve had issues since month 13. I had a Pwertrain DTC, gave the code to the service agent, and then spent 5, almost 6 hours for an oil change, filter change, issues since month 13. I had a Pwertrain DTC, gave the code to the service agent, and then spent 5, almost 6 hours for an oil change, filter change, and diagnostic for a code I gave. One month later, the same code kicked back on and now I’m having more issues than before. I’m beyond disappointed and will NOT be coming back. More

This is the first time I had my car serviced in Hyundai Seattle. Thankfully I had Marco help me out. He explained and answered my questions in detail. The fees are a cost of doing business, and trying to make the customers pay for the fees is a short-sighted way of doing business and does not promote loyalty. While I appreciate that you refunded me the fees, it's a setup to make the dealer look good when it shouldn't be an issue in the first place. More
