I have filled 2 survey and ignored 1 or 1 more asking the same question. I was told you would get back to me; no one did. Why would I spend more time answering your questions when it feels like if you ask en same question. I was told you would get back to me; no one did. I brought my car in for recall; I was not told what the recall was about, what changes to expect, what the work was--very frustrating, very poor service and my car was dirtier when it left than when I arrived (no I am not a clean freak). So please stop bothering me with your redundant and now annoying survey. More
