Brian went above and beyond the call. He replaced a missing dust cap on my front left headlight assembly without being asked. Service was quick and clean. I'd give Brian an 11. When I discovered this dust cap the next day, I went back to thank them for the extra service. I spoke to someone who was manning the front desk at the service department, sometime around noon, while Brian was out to lunch. He did all but call me a liar. He said he would 'bet his chili' (which he was eating at the time) that this didn't happen, and said that it must have been the 'headlight fairy'. I showed him the dust cover that I had purchased with the intention of installing it myself, because the front left cover had been missing for quite a while. I told him the front left assembly now had a cover on it, and I still had the cover I had purchased (I had it in my hand and showed it to him, along with the shipping packaging). I also told him of evidence that the assembly had been worked on. Again, he all but called me a liar. That part did not go down well with me. Sadly, I neglected to get this person's name. I hope that this reply will make it to the attention of upper management, for the benefit of both these gentlemen. More

Finally get someone who has no record of me being there (which should have been my first clue) but manages to schedule for an appointment 4. I get to the Hyundai service part of the dealership to be told I’m actually over at the Jeep part which no one told me when I scheduled (also why does it matter what person I sign up with - figure out a different commission system for your service people or just pay them an actual livrable salary) 5. I was given free oil changes as part of my lease but because I was in the other stupid part of the dealership no one had any record of it 6. I had to pay $12 to have a battery changed in my key fob - just friggin include that in the astronomical price I am already being charged for a oil change 7. Took about 2 hours - thanks for that 8. I wasn’t going to answer this service cause I was so annoyed but you emailed 67 times about it so here we are 9.
