Everyone was extremely friendly & helpful. I dreaded looking for a car because I didn't want to endure the high pressured sales people. I felt no pressure from this dealership. They really went the ex looking for a car because I didn't want to endure the high pressured sales people. I felt no pressure from this dealership. They really went the extra mile & kept checking back with me to see if I had any concerns. When there was a mix up with the new license plates, they sent a driver to personally deliver them to me when I lived 2 hours away. They also refunded the money I had paid for licensing because of the mix up! I definitely recommend this dealership! More
I purchased a 2006 Hyundai accent from these guys today and they made it extremely easy. I have spent the last several weeks researching what car I wanted for my first vehicle purchase, where I could find and they made it extremely easy. I have spent the last several weeks researching what car I wanted for my first vehicle purchase, where I could find it, and what I thought I could pay. I went in wanting to test drive both a 2010 and 2006 accent, and I eventually found I like the 2006 better of (of course) the price was better. I appreciated that after allowing me to test drive both of the cars I wanted and another, I was not pressured at all to go with the higher priced 2010 model. I made my decision and they respected it. When it came to financing, they got me a great low APR and made all the paperwork a snap. I was weary at this point, because things seemed too easy- I got the car I wanted, price I wanted, and no pressure at all from any of the salesmen I worked with to upgrade anything. Of course they offered me all the warranty types, but did not hard sell any of them and even told me that the lowest level warranty would be plenty for me- so I bought it. My only complaint is that I was made to wait for almost an hour while they were preparing my paperwork, but the dealership was very busy at the time and they apologized adequately for the wait. They let me hang out in what I think was an employee lounge and watch TV while they finished up with the guy before me. By the time I was done, it was 9:45 pm, 45 minutes after they close, but they were happy to stay with me the whole time. They even offered to drive me to my bus stop (which I declined as the stop was very close by) because it was so late. Overall, it was a pleasant first car-buying experience and I am excited to be off of Seattle Transit for a while! More
I have been working with Dan Bailey on a warranty issue involving paint chipping and flaking off the bumper of my Hyundai Sonata. I wanted to make a point of filling this form out because of his fantastic customer service. Not only does Dan go the extra mile, but he makes the service process as easy as possible for the customer. He is knowledgeable and extremely friendly, and truly embodies a customer first approach. While this is the first time I have filled out a survey, every time I have been to the service department I would give Dan and his service time nothing but perfect marks and great feedback. Dan keeps me a loyal customer of Seattle Hyundai and him and his staff are the reason I recommend this dealership to all of my friends. Eric Wilson More
Worst customer service ever!! Bought a 2011 Tucson from this place. Then last weekend the vehicle rear passenger window was busted out. Called the dealership to get the window replaced. I get there and the this place. Then last weekend the vehicle rear passenger window was busted out. Called the dealership to get the window replaced. I get there and they sit me in a waiting room for over and hour before they tell me the ordered the wrong window and that they need to keep the vehicle overnight. This is not the first time this has happened, and I always end up taking more time out of my work in order to help them. They send me down the street to Enterprise and put me in a rental for the evening. But before doing so I asked dealership and the service manager to test the security system. The guy walks me out to the car, rolls down my window and locks the vehicle. He then opens the door....and guess what....the alarm and security system failed to activate. Now i'm being told by him that the dealership and manufacturer are not responsible for the system not going off, and that I am liable for the vandalism of the vehicle. So one window is $700....and now I have to find someone who can install a WORKING Alarm and Security System. More
I was looking for a 2012 Hundai Elantra Preferred. I was in touch with other dealers too while i was in the process of finalizing the dealer i would go with. At Hundai of Seattle i was in touch with Ariel[on phone and email] and Leith[via email]. Ariel and Leith both were very polite and straightforward. They listened to what i was looking for, provided me with valuable feedback and was able to get me an excellent offer. My entire email/phone conversation was so smooth that i dropped talking to other dealers and decided to go with them. Leith offered to pick me up from Snoqualmie area without me even asking. That was very nice gesture. At the dealership right from the driver who picked me up to Leith and Ariel and the other staff[Peter] were very warm and courteous. Ariel made the process of buying so smooth that i did not even realize i was at a dealer's arena. He was very knowledgeable and patiently answered to every question i had. Very cool!! I have already been thinking of my next buy with them and am convincing my friends/peers too. Awesome experience , excellent people. More
We bought a new Sante Fe and worked with Ariel to find a great option for us. She was knowledgeable and helpful. Not high pressure! She did a great job on delivery of the car. I recently purchased a new car from Hyundai of Seattle. Ariel Bravy was the salesmen. He is part of the poorly trained staff who does not understand the product they are selling. They are dishonest about most everything they tell you right down to the hours they are open!! Anything to get you to sign on the dotted line. They had over $160 in additional fees on the paperwork once I was in the finance office. As soon as I signed the papers I got nothing! The delivery of the car was 3 minutes. Ariel was cold and wanted to go back in the showroom. He did not want to listen to my concerns as I inspected the car. The paint had a number of scratches in it which they have refused to correct even after addressing the issue with Hyundai corporate. Soon I got a nasty, hate filled phone call from Ariel when I did not give him a rating of 10 in every category on the Hyundai survey. I was treat disrespectfully from the start and it has only has gotten much worse. The horrible manager who's name is Michael needs to find another job! I would have paid more $ elsewhere if I had any idea I would experience the verbal abuse and dishonesty from Hyundai of Seattle. Take your money elsewhere! More
