I never had such an uplifting, supportive and positive experience like this before! That's what I appreciate most and will never forget this top notch level of customer service! Though as you know, there were a couple of embarrassing moments for me-one in which, I didn't have any financial resources to put money down on the vehicle. But you didn't make it a big problem nor an issue. That's why (and I mentioned this to you), I said that you were sincerely determined to get me into that vehicle. And it would appear that this determination was fulfilled; I'm really becoming attached with this car! But it's support like this which defines a sincere and down to earth business which operates in the best interest of its customers. For a lot of car dealers, that's a hard act to follow. And just looking over the latter part of your letter of congratulation, I will definitely take you up on visiting and stopping by to assure you that my sincerity in this business transaction and the performance of the vehicle is satisfiable and within my expectations. The service people here have been awesome. I come in with a few questions regarding my car and they are more than helpful. I've never left there feeling like I got cheated or didn't get my money's worth. I a a few questions regarding my car and they are more than helpful. I've never left there feeling like I got cheated or didn't get my money's worth. I always left there feeling that they did absolutely everything they could do without bankrupting you. It seems like they bend over backwards for you and besides, my car always came back to me much cleaner than it was when I dropped it off which is definately a plus for me. I have been taking my car to Hyundai of Seattle for the past 2 years. Brandy,the service manager, always takes care of me. She is extremely personable, and always does her best to make sure that my exper past 2 years. Brandy,the service manager, always takes care of me.
