Great service up until you actually sign the paperwork then it's not so good Salesperson was friendly and helpful. Buying a Santa Fe I went to Hyundai of Seattle to buy a Santa Fe Sport I had seen in an ad in the Seattle Times. We took a test drive, I liked the car (my 3rd Santa Fe) and bought it. I traded in a couple cars and got what KBB said I should. Simple transaction, concluded quickly and painlessly. I'm ashamed to say I can't recall the name of the fellow who walked me through the pound of paper work - nice guy, also very professional. More
