The sales person, Andrey, was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, not to mention- cheerful. When we had to bring back one vehicle we had purchased the day before and "exchange" it for another vehicle, everyone in the office was very understanding and reasonable, despite having a stack of paperwork on their desks from the holiday sale the weekend before. We were allowed to drive as many cars as necessary, visit several times, and talk with the salesman many times. He was always available and always supportive. More
