John was very knowledgeable, and showed us how to navigate all the different systems in the car. Wow, how much have cars have changed since 2003! However, the only thing that would have made the experience better was the wait time. Once we agreed on the car and color it took a while for us to get the paperwork signed with the finance representative. There were a lot of people ahead of us, and it took longer than intended. Once it was our turn, it went very quickly and we were able to sign everything and be on our way. We are very happy with our purchase. More

Worst sales service I came to this dealership trying to test drive a vehicle. We also had a coupon for some credit on test driving a car and thought of using that. The manager was really rude and just said that he can just give me the coupon and I did not need to drive the vehicle. I turned that offer down and insisted on driving as that was our primary purpose. We drove the car, didn't like it much and just decided to leave and said that we'll call them later if required. The manager just repeated the same thing that we were here for the coupon and won't call them back again. I finally just turned down their coupon and left. Terrible customer service! Worst experience! These guys just lost a credible customer there. More
