Great service up until you actually sign the paperwork then it's not so good Salesperson was friendly and helpful. However while signing the paper work, I had to wait around for almost 3 hours for the finance person. They also Salesperson was friendly and helpful. Buying a Santa Fe I went to Hyundai of Seattle to buy a Santa Fe Sport I had seen in an ad in the Seattle Times. Good price, AWD, many bells and whistles, etc. I thou I went to Hyundai of Seattle to buy a Santa Fe Sport I had seen in an ad in the Seattle Times. Good price, AWD, many bells and whistles, etc. I thought maybe it was a come-on where the car "had just been sold" but Jenn the salesperson walked out to the car. We took a test drive, I liked the car (my 3rd Santa Fe) and bought it. I traded in a couple cars and got what KBB said I should. Simple transaction, concluded quickly and painlessly. I'm ashamed to say I can't recall the name of the fellow who walked me through the pound of paper work - nice guy, also very professional. More
