Out of town Tucson Purchase We traveled to pick up our 2018 Tucson and overall had a positive experience. We negotiated the deal before we arrived; however it took us two and a half hours to leave the lot even though we weren’t financing. The deal ship knew we were picking up the car and yet when we arrived they only had one working key for the brand new car. As we are from out of town this was a bit of an inconvenience; however they agreed to pay for a new one at our local dealer. John was helpful and didn’t try to change our deal or sell extras. Overall I would recommend the dealership and John, the warranty is great, Hyundai is really standing behind their cars. More

I had a horrifying experience at another dealership over a two week span. Nervous and not wanting to put much trust into another dealership I gave Hyundai of Seattle a chance. Darren and Fred went above and beyond what a normal sales and finance do by not only explaining the way the process should work, but worked with the company who had already approved me at the previous dealership and made an unbelievably stressful situation, completely stress free. He kept me in formed of the whole process and where we were with the loan process until it was completed. The next step, the finance manager to complete paper work. As all of us know this is probably the most stressful as they typically just throw the papers at you, completely different story with Jeff. He not only allowed me to actually read everything over he didn't rush me to sign anything and answered questions that I had. After everything was said and done and I was walking out the general manager introduced himself to me and had a great conversation. I cannot thank this team of guys for making me feel comfortable in a situation that is stressful but given my situation it was elevated. I will be back to see these guys and will recommend them to anyone who is in need of a new or used car. More
