Also, William's attitude was HORRID when I said I wanted a cheaper car. Sold me a lemon I called the dealership due to their sales pitch that I could get almost any car I wanted. That was a lie! Initially, I want to thank John who is an excellent sale man for intro THIS IS SOMETHING IMPORTANT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU COME TO THIS PLACE! Initially, I want to thank John who is an excellent sale man for introducing the car to me, which I really had a great experience test-driving the car. On this past Sunday, April 14th, I went through the offer and finance with Brandon who I thought should be the manager of this place. Brandon nicely and straightforwardly offered me a price which made us come to an agreement after 15 minutes negotiation of the price and finance-wise. Moreover, I did double check with him the price would be the final out the door price, and all I need to pay is the price that he showed me. In the meantime, I promised him I will come back on Tuesday to put down the payment that I should. (I have all the records and the emails!!!!!) HERE COMES THE BOMBER!!! Tuesday!!!!!! On April 16th, I, along with my brother and my sis-in-law, drove 45 min to get there to pay for the car. When I showed the business card which Brandon wrote down the Out-the-door Price on it to a sale man because Brandon was off that day. Then, the sale man didn't talk much, instead, he directly came up to the manager and talked with him for a LONG WHILE!!! After that, the only thing I was told is************** "I am sorry that I think there was probably miscommunication between you and Brandon with that offer, and we cannot offer the price for you. If we did, we are gonna lose thousands of dollars of the deal."************* Are you kidding me or did you guys just want to fool me around? You guys made the offer for me and now, you told me that you guys cannot sell the car for that price? Is that how you guys make for your business? It is so frustrating and TOTALLY A WASTE OF MY TIME to have business with you guys. Thank you, Hyundai, for letting me know how you guys did the business with your customers. IT SUCKS!!! Business without honesty and consistency is no longer a successful business! Congratulations! You guys lose another potential customer FOREVER.
