We met 2 car salesmen and both said the markup for all the Hyundai Ioniq 5 EVs were $10K :-) I told them I did talk to a salesman before I came, and said the manager will lower the markup at least 50%. They added a ton of items and jack up the rate of the loan to 5.54%. I have 810 credit score! They told me I can payoff the loan after 3 months. It means they want to get more commission from Hyundai Finance from any loans they get. Not a chance! We will payoff the loan in 2 months More

Anthony was incredibly friendly, accommodating and informative. He made us feel more at ease during the inherently anxious experience of buying a brand new car. The pricing was okay which is why I decided to buy my car here. However, the staff is inconsistent, one was particularly rude during the sale. I was okay with this and changed my rating to 5 star on the company survey. During the process of acquiring the car, they were very responsive. Now that I already bought the car and still waiting for some things that were supposed to come with it (wheel locks, bumper protector), they are not responsive at all. I just can't fathom that wheel locks and a bumper protector have not been available for 4 months. It seems that theyre just doing this so I forget about it and they don't have to provide it. Some more negatives include some things they try to add on to the car, $400 for "data dots", you can search this up for yourself and see that it's a well known money grab. They also tell you that you need to make 3 payments before you can pay off the car on finance. This is a lie, it is not in the loan policy at all. If they were honest and mentioned that the 3 payments are needed so they get their commission, I would be much happier. Although the pricing was good and most staff was respectful and helpful during the process, I would not purchase here again nor would I take my car here for service, as other reviews have mentioned, they care until you buy the car. Edit: Although they mentioned they will reach out to me, they have not. I have sent them an email and still awaiting a reply. Again, they will forget about you and your care as soon as you buy the car, I suggest only getting a car here if it's a good deal and then forgetting about this dealership and go somewhere with some better customer service for future appointments. Edit 2: I even went to the dealership and the manager which replied to my google review was not there. When I asked when he would be working because he hasn't picked up 1 call from me, they said "oh well he comes in whenever he wants, we don't really know" wow what a great way to run a business. I have complained to the company and they're also taking a long time to resolve this. Do not waste your time with this dealership, it is clear that from the bottom up, they are trained to sell and that's it, not to be respectful nor to be helpful especially after you gave them your money. Took over 4 hours to negotiate the price still way over what I should have paid. The finance guy wrote up paperwork incorrectly - called and wanted me to have my bank re-write to match his mistake and then I would change the registration on my own later. Oh and by the way drive back 2 1/2 hours each way to re-sign paperwork (no - electronic signature) Promised cargo cover was the wrong size, Go buy another one and we'll reimburse you - Haven't seen that check yet either. Didn't activate the Blue link - still can't get it on a full month later and after asking several times. You can see where this is going. PS You might want to go to the location is you are looking for a sex worker - they were walking back and forth in front of the dealership. More
They had a vehicle posted on cars.com for a certain price, and when I contacted them about it they said it was a "pricing error" and was actually about $10,000 more. My experience is solely based on an email conversation. I had messaged about three different cars that had been placed on cars.com app. All of which, were “in transit” per cars.com and the company website I had messaged about three different cars that had been placed on cars.com app. All of which, were “in transit” per cars.com and the company website. When asking about the cars, they could not initially find the record, provided the VIN, all cars had been sold, apparently sight unseen. They then offered to sell a higher model and a much higher cost. This is a classic bait and switch scheme. Entice you with a vehicle that is very affordable, it just happened to be sold the day before, try to up sell to what they have in stock. I don’t trust Hyundai of Seattle and will not do business with them. I get that cars get sold all the time. But three, newly listed, vehicles in transit? Come on. More
I don't post bad reviews for somebody unless line is crossed. I want to bring to everybody's notice that the experience I had at this dealership was horrible. In particular the Salesperson named Sa’Ad Hussein was really disrespectful. I know that cars sales people use many tricks but this person pushed us to the limits. All he wanted was to make a sale without caring about customer. He didn’t know or was not ready to talk about different models of the car we wanted. He was so pissed on our queries and also lied on multiple occasions just to make a sale. Dealership has awarded him Salesperson of the month so that talks volume. On complaining to the senior management, I didn’t see them taking it seriously so they don’t care. I recommend to stay away from this dealership and suggest Hyundai of Kirkland. They are the best people in business. I eventually purchased car from them. More
