Worst sales service I came to this dealership trying to test drive a vehicle. We also had a coupon for some credit on test driving a car and thought of using that. The ma I came to this dealership trying to test drive a vehicle. We also had a coupon for some credit on test driving a car and thought of using that. The manager was really rude and just said that he can just give me the coupon and I did not need to drive the vehicle. I turned that offer down and insisted on driving as that was our primary purpose. We drove the car, didn't like it much and just decided to leave and said that we'll call them later if required. The manager just repeated the same thing that we were here for the coupon and won't call them back again. I finally just turned down their coupon and left. Terrible customer service! Worst experience! These guys just lost a credible customer there. More

A good place to buy a Hyundai I enjoyed working with Jenn Morgan on my purchase and the manager Kenny was thoughtful and worked with me to get good terms on a loan. The finance department explained everything very well and the price for my new Elantra Limited was, well, out of this world. As we are an hour away the location is inconvenient for routine maintenance but I had a good experience with this dealership and will return in the future for car purchases. The bottom line is that I love my new Elantra, it really is a great car, and I had a very positive experience with Hyundai of Seattle, keep up the good work! More
