Nice Staff, Price Needs Were Not Met Long story short is that I called and talked to a sales person over the phone emphasizing my price range and asked if it could be met, to which he rep Long story short is that I called and talked to a sales person over the phone emphasizing my price range and asked if it could be met, to which he replied absolutely. Upon coming in and getting halfway through the process they put a number in front of me that was ridiculously inflated. I worked with Andrey and he is an awesome guy no doubt, however, he should never have brought that offer to me knowing my price range, straight up disrespectful. I negotiated it down, but still wasn't in my original range. If I could do it again I would have walked but at this point it is what it is. Again, nice staff but they didn't meet my most basic and important need as previously promised. More

Worst customer service but got a good deal The salesperson was unprofessional and they offered me a full tank of gas and car wash to give 10/10 for all questions. I don't want to access that to give false feedback. But, I got the car for a good deal and I believe this is because the car was there for more than 1 year and that was end of quarter. My recommendation to the store is to 1. Greet the customer when they enter 2. Do not give wrong information to bring the customer in. More

Somewhat happy experience at Seattle of Hyundai The sales person was great at helping me purchase the vehicle. Yet, the dealership charged me something that was not reflected on the sticker. e.g. The sales person was great at helping me purchase the vehicle. Yet, the dealership charged me something that was not reflected on the sticker. e.g. Datadot. After inspecting the vehicle, the vehicle did not really have datadots installed. only few places had a mark of datadots. This is a serious problem since the dealer lied about a product that was not actually installed on the vehicle and charging a customer $499 for it.... Quality control and integrity issue is evident at Seattle of Hyundai. More
