Looking at your dropdown of Sales Department, his name is not listed So here is my updated rating. I worked with Kacy Thomas at Seattle Hyundai. Looking at your dropdown of Sales Department, his name is not listed. This is sad, because it shows your company does not take the time to update your site. However, Kacy did an amazing job listening and understanding what I wanted. We compared a Santa Cruz XRT to the Santa Cruz Night. After determining that I did not need all the bells and whistles, I settled on the Santa Cruz Night. I referred Kacy to my friends and family members. In all my future purchases, i will seek Kacy for his honest, non-aggressive sales style. More

Considering the recalls and scheduling appointment delays i think the service dept should be open on weekends..waiting 2 to 3 months is insane when your car is not running.
