Beware of the BAIT AND SWITCH. They agreed on the price of the car and "just happened" the car sold "ten seconds" before my daughter came in to buy the car at an agreed price. My 2021 Sante Fe with 10k miles on it has a very dangerous gas leak. I lease this at Seattle Hyundia. They said they couldn't get in in until late October! I tried to have it towed there and AAA wouldn't take it because of the danger. Tried 3 other Hyundai dealerships and no one has any service openings. This is a critical very dangerous defect in a new expensive car. Worst dealership/company ever. They're quire accomodating when they're selling you something. I had to call the national Hyundai customer service line to even schedule my required first oil change because these xxxxxxxx never answer the phone. Now my car's going to blow up. I'm looking into ways to sue. More

No pressure, just over the top client service. I was evening running late to an appointment and left my wallet. They called me 3 times to make sure I knew I left it, and stayed after closing for me to come back and get it. I will come back every time I am in the market for a Hyundai! Zia was wonderful on the sales team and Amanda was a breath of fresh air on the finance dept. More

We met 2 car salesmen and both said the markup for all the Hyundai Ioniq 5 EVs were $10K :-) I told them I did talk to a salesman before I came, and said the manager will lower the markup at least 50%. They added a ton of items and jack up the rate of the loan to 5.54%. I have 810 credit score! They told me I can payoff the loan after 3 months. It means they want to get more commission from Hyundai Finance from any loans they get. Not a chance! We will payoff the loan in 2 months More

Anthony was incredibly friendly, accommodating and informative. He made us feel more at ease during the inherently anxious experience of buying a brand new car. The pricing was okay which is why I decided to buy my car here. However, the staff is inconsistent, one was particularly rude during the sale. I was okay with this and changed my rating to 5 star on the company survey. During the process of acquiring the car, they were very responsive. Now that I already bought the car and still waiting for some things that were supposed to come with it (wheel locks, bumper protector), they are not responsive at all. I just can't fathom that wheel locks and a bumper protector have not been available for 4 months. It seems that theyre just doing this so I forget about it and they don't have to provide it. Some more negatives include some things they try to add on to the car, $400 for "data dots", you can search this up for yourself and see that it's a well known money grab. They also tell you that you need to make 3 payments before you can pay off the car on finance. This is a lie, it is not in the loan policy at all. If they were honest and mentioned that the 3 payments are needed so they get their commission, I would be much happier. Although the pricing was good and most staff was respectful and helpful during the process, I would not purchase here again nor would I take my car here for service, as other reviews have mentioned, they care until you buy the car. Edit: Although they mentioned they will reach out to me, they have not. I have sent them an email and still awaiting a reply. Again, they will forget about you and your care as soon as you buy the car, I suggest only getting a car here if it's a good deal and then forgetting about this dealership and go somewhere with some better customer service for future appointments. Edit 2: I even went to the dealership and the manager which replied to my google review was not there. When I asked when he would be working because he hasn't picked up 1 call from me, they said "oh well he comes in whenever he wants, we don't really know" wow what a great way to run a business. I have complained to the company and they're also taking a long time to resolve this. Do not waste your time with this dealership, it is clear that from the bottom up, they are trained to sell and that's it, not to be respectful nor to be helpful especially after you gave them your money.
