There were a couple of small things with the car to be dealt with, and I am very satisfied with how they were handled. They explained the extra coverage options thoroughly and in a non-pressured way, helping me to make the decision that was right for me. During the oil change, I was told the car turned on. I wonder if it was a mechanic mistake as I did not start it remotely. When we pulled up the front, someone was there to greet and guide where we could park. Everyone there was super friendly and welcoming including managers.
