Everyone is so helpful and responsive! Kacy was able to get me a loaner vehicle, but I ended up not needing it because Marco was so fast. 3 stars vs 4 or 5 due to the dealership charging me tax and license fees on the the vehicle I was trading in. These monies should have been part of the 'cost of doing business' and deducted as business cos and license fees on the the vehicle I was trading in. These monies should have been part of the 'cost of doing business' and deducted as business costs at the end of the year. We as buyers should NOT be required to pay for corporate expenses. So, I feel manipulated. Yet, I like this vehicle so I sucked it up and accepted the expense. The staff was fantastic. The finance agent was fantastic. Levi was great although that generation has ingrained understanding of EV technology that I as a 69 YO male lack. Meaning, I had enough charge in the battery to make home with 2 miles left on the battery. The menu for selecting a charge station was inaccurate. The charge station I found was broken. The dealership should have put a reasonable charge on this battery to get me home without: Anx-EV-iety. My new term for the stress of maybe not having enough battery to get there.......Dennis Littleton More
