Good experience with Hyundai team. Mohamud was great, very personable - explained everything and was easy to work with. Bari was great walking through the financing process - was very good at outlining all the options which are many! And Ashley was very responsive, got everything scheduled quickly and easily and was great to hang out with while we waited between sales & financing. UPDATED: I dropped the evaluation a couple of stars - the sales process was fine but disappointed that once you buy car, the relationship goes south. We were supposed to get a call when plates are in but just got a tiny postcard -glad I didn't accidentally toss it with rest of junk mail. Went in to pick up the plates and they were handed to us - asked if we wanted them to install as if it was a burden so we just took them. The tone just changed markedly after finishing the purchase. I know this seems trivial but the tone from when purchasing to just a couple of weeks after purchase changed so dramatically was surprising. More
