You should check this place out if you’re buying a car. My spouse and I enjoyed the car buying experience here. We had narrowed down our options to several cars and were given a recommendation to Seattle Hyundai by another dealer. That was a great first sign, when a competing dealer is complementary of a competitor. When we arrived everyone was smiling, happy to see us, and it was all very light touch, we drove the car, had our questions answered. We had a very relaxed test drive. They had an amazing selection of models, and the the color and trim combination we most wanted was right on the lot. Once we decided to purchase we were impressed by the professionalism, expertise, and efficiency of everyone here. Everything was super smooth, and while we had a slightly difficult situation, they were familiar with our challenge and worked right through it with us. From beginning to end everyone was pleasant and efficient, Kacy didn’t cut any corners, and stayed with us until the very end showing us the features of the vehicle, saving us a ton of time and effort. Ryan made the financing easy and we liked that it was very light on paper (we did almost everything through e-paper) so we didn’t leave with a staff of junk paper. The price for my vehicle I think was very competitively sound. They even honored the discounts I would have gotten with trading my car. This was a very much appreciated and made the hassle of working with multiple dealers at the same time palatable. And this is just fluff but you know how a lot of dealers put stickers on your car? The experience was fine, the car got fixed. But I wouldnt say the customer service is great in terms of general friendliness and customer experience. I was told to pickup the car at 3pm and before 4:30 pm. I was on the bus at 3:30 to pick up my car when i received a call that it wasnt ready. That was inconvenient. Transportation in seattle isnt the best and its important to be considerate of peoples time and finances. I was told the total price to get the car fixed was 520$ but I did not know that this was on top of the 300$ cost of the window. That couldve been a lack of being more detail oriented on my part. But if I wouldve known the service was going to be that costly i wouldve gone somewhere else. In the future I would purchase the part from the dealership and get the service done elsewhere and somewhere more convenient because overall the customer service wasnt that great for a dealership. But again, I dont have much to compare with. More
