What truly stood out was Brian's proactive approach in keeping me informed throughout the entire process. He efficiently fielded all my questions and provided me with all the necessary details, making it easy for me to manage car hire and plan around expected completion dates. Brian's commitment to excellent customer service is commendable, and his efforts made what could be an otherwise stressful period a seamless and stress-free experience. I have owned 3 Hyundai's and never had a problem until my engine failed with this one. I was contemplating moving over to Nissan in 2024 but I think given my exceptional experience with the service team, and in particular with Brian, I will probably get another Hyundai. I highly recommend Hyundai Seattle, especially for the exceptional service delivered by Brian. His dedication and professionalism truly set a standard for outstanding customer service.
