When we arrived everyone was smiling, happy to see us, and it was all very light touch, we drove the car, had our questions answered. We had a very relaxed test drive. They had an amazing selection of models, and the the color and trim combination we most wanted was right on the lot. Once we decided to purchase we were impressed by the professionalism, expertise, and efficiency of everyone here. Everything was super smooth, and while we had a slightly difficult situation, they were familiar with our challenge and worked right through it with us. From beginning to end everyone was pleasant and efficient, Kacy didn’t cut any corners, and stayed with us until the very end showing us the features of the vehicle, saving us a ton of time and effort. Ryan made the financing easy and we liked that it was very light on paper (we did almost everything through e-paper) so we didn’t leave with a staff of junk paper.
