The dealer was unorganized and not transparent in the cost of the car. They incorrectly calculated the cost of the taxes and insisted the Hyundai Rebate needed to be taxed. Love the car. The sales rep was swamped with end of year sales customers. Rushed to get us "processed" when we asked if my wife can be added to the lease. Things were missed -- charge my new car when he said he w customers. Rushed to get us "processed" when we asked if my wife can be added to the lease. Things were missed -- charge my new car when he said he would (only 30% left), set up my Electrify America account, go over features, and inaccurate pricing. I understand it's a busy time but setting right expectation is important, especially when we had young child with us. More
