The price for my vehicle I think was very competitively sound. They even honored the discounts I would have gotten with trading my car. This was a very much appreciated and made the hassle of working with multiple dealers at the same time palatable. And this is just fluff but you know how a lot of dealers put stickers on your car? The experience was fine, the car got fixed. But I wouldnt say the customer service is great in terms of general friendliness and customer experience. I was told to pickup the car at 3pm and before 4:30 pm. I was on the bus at 3:30 to pick up my car when i received a call that it wasnt ready. That was inconvenient. Transportation in seattle isnt the best and its important to be considerate of peoples time and finances. I was told the total price to get the car fixed was 520$ but I did not know that this was on top of the 300$ cost of the window. That couldve been a lack of being more detail oriented on my part. But if I wouldve known the service was going to be that costly i wouldve gone somewhere else. In the future I would purchase the part from the dealership and get the service done elsewhere and somewhere more convenient because overall the customer service wasnt that great for a dealership. But again, I dont have much to compare with. More
