They insisted it is BLUELINK compatible and let me drive off their lot KNOWINGLY committing This Dealership lied to me about the car safety features. I now have The Hyundai National Customer Care Fraud Department investigating, as the Seattle Hyundai Dealership has refused to contact me, and does not return phone calls or emails. They have chosen to ignore the situation hoping I just go away. I presume they have cheated past customers, and will cheat and lie to future customers. They could have addressed their lies and fraud, and corrected their errors. They choose not to. My path now involves King County Court, where a Judge can hold them accountable for their actions and behaviors. It would have been simple for them to admit their mistakes and fix them.
