LEVI is the MAN! ! He helped us SO much. We weren't getting that much help from the service department, so we reached out to Levi, who sold us the car. He got us a loa ! He helped us SO much. He got us a loaner, and the service department figured out what was going on in ONE day (the previous time we took the car in for this issue, the service department had it for 5 days and couldn't even repro the issue). I leased a car. Staff was pleasant to work with, but process was very slow & disorganized. Even though I had previously negotiated a deal over email and pre-provided Staff was pleasant to work with, but process was very slow & disorganized. Even though I had previously negotiated a deal over email and pre-provided my license, insurance and filled out credit app online, they didn't seem to know this. First printout they showed me was wrong color car. Then after an hour+ wait I left & came back over an hour later only to wait again. When I took car home next day I realized it had not been properly cleaned. 2 days later I got an email asking if I wanted to buy the car I already bought. More
