With our recent car purchase, Ben Grunewald was the first and only salesperson to be immediately attentive to our search for a car. Ben listened to what we wanted and answered questions we had, got us into a car for a test drive quickly and then immediately started helping us with a search of inventory. He also provided an overview of the dealership's finance department information. Once we made a choice, with him providing us many alternatives and in a non-pressured way, he helped us figure out timing for purchase, answered our questions about interior and exterior treatment packages we wanted, connected us wtih a technology expert and then even helped us workout how to juggle new vehicle pickup (including him providing me transportation to the dealership day of pickup). All around, a great experience. As for the dealership as a whole, buying from this dealership played a big role in our decision to stick with a Mercedes vehicle. Customers are treated as such and not an annoyance or inconvenience. In almost all instances, I feel like my time and convenience is considered a priority.
